Abstract: This paper investigates the slagging properties of a 600MW tangentially fired boiler which burns Yuanbaoshan lignite. Based on the coal properties, the relationship between the ash slagging and the furnace environment has been analyzed on a CRF lab system. Some retrofits have been performed successfully on this boiler and the slagging phenomena reduce finally.

摘要: 本文针对燃用元宝山老年褐煤的600MW切向燃烧锅炉,从煤种结渣特性分析出发,结合锅炉炉内结渣区域分布,深入了解炉内煤粉燃烧与锅炉结渣特性的影响。通过在一CRF实验台进行的实验,对该锅炉改善结渣情况进行了分析并提出了相关建议。相关改造获得了成功,锅炉结渣现象大大减轻。

1        前言
切向燃烧煤粉锅炉的结渣一直是困扰大容量锅炉满负荷运行的重要问题。在水冷壁上大面积生成的渣块会使炉内辐射传热量减少,炉膛出口温度升高,对流受热面区域负荷增加,主蒸汽,再热蒸汽易超温,排烟温度上升等。同时,大渣块从水冷壁上脱落时对火焰射流的横切效应,对冷灰斗水冷壁的冲击,以及卡涩捞渣机等都是对锅炉安全稳定运行的重大威胁。
本文主要探讨一台以元宝山老年褐煤为燃料的600MW切向燃烧锅炉解决结焦问题的一些技术措施和原理,为相似的锅炉设计和运行提供借鉴。
