The optimal adjustment and analysis for the 600MW turbine steam sealing gap

Abstract: The adjustment of the gap of steam sealing is very important because it influences the thermal efficiency and the thermal economy. The process of adjestment of the semi-cylinder steam sealing gap for subcritical power plant rated 600MW in ZOUXIAN is elaborated in this paper. The factors which affect the regulation accuracy related to steam sealing are analyzed. The new optimal process of adjustment for solid cylinder steam sealing gap which is well tested in the site operation is introduced and could be refferenced by other counterparts.

【摘要】 汽封间隙作为影响汽轮机热效率和热经济性的主要因素,其调整方法显得尤为关键。本文首先阐述了邹县发电厂亚临界600MW汽轮机半缸汽封间隙调整的总体流程,综合分析了影响半缸汽封调整精度的各种因素,最后介绍全实缸优化调整汽封间隙的新工艺,并通过600MW汽轮机汽封间隙优化调整取得满意的效果。此优化调整方案详细介绍以便为同行提供借鉴和参考。
