330MW汽轮机组高压调节汽门油动机降温改造

【摘要】：宁夏国华宁东发电有限公司两台330MW机组高调门油动机布置在汽缸的侧部，因为结构和安
装位置的限制，决定了高调油动机始终受高温的影响，长期的高温环境使得油动机内的压力油老化变质，
密封圈提前老化，失去弹性，造成活塞杆处漏油、粘结、卡涩，甚至产生油动机关不下的危险。我公司通
过分析热量产生、传导与散发的过程，研制了增加冷却水室的高调油动机，有效地解决了油动机过热问题，
在实际使用中取得了很好的效果。

【Abstract 】：330MWunit HP Control Valve Actuator is placed on the side part of cylinder.
The limit of the structure and position decide that HP control valve has always to be affected
by high temperature. Long-term’s high temperature conditions make the oil inside of
actuator degrade and deteriorate, let the seal ring degrade at earlier date and loose its
elasticity, cause leakage, bonding and lock issue at piston rod, and even cause the danger
that actuator cannot be shut down. After analyzing the process of heat generation,
transmission and emitting, we develop the HP actuator with cooling water system that
effectively solve the overheat problem of actuator and have good result in practical use.

机组为上海汽轮机厂生产，型式为引进型
NZK330-16.7/538/538，330MW 中间再热直接
空冷凝汽式汽轮机。调节系统采用上海新华
电站控制工程有限公司引进技术生产的DEH
数字式电液控制系统。
