<span class="bigtxt">二、锅炉点火前的准备<br/><br/>( &nbsp;一 &nbsp;) &nbsp;锅炉上水<br/><br/>锅炉经检查符合运行要求后 &nbsp;, &nbsp;才能进行锅炉的上水工作。上水前 &nbsp;, &nbsp;必须与运行中的锅炉运行人员取得联系 &nbsp;, &nbsp;避免影响其进 &nbsp;水。<br/><br/>上水时 &nbsp;, &nbsp;应使用化验合格的软水。水经过省煤器进入锅 &nbsp;内。给水温度不宜过高 &nbsp;, &nbsp;以防锅炉受热不均而产生热应力 &nbsp;, &nbsp;或使胀口处形成缝隙而漏水。对于已冷却的锅炉 &nbsp;, &nbsp;进水温度夏 &nbsp;季不超过 &nbsp;90 &nbsp;。 &nbsp;C, &nbsp;冬季不超过 &nbsp;60 &nbsp;。 &nbsp;C &nbsp;。<br/><br/><br/>上水期间 &nbsp;, &nbsp;应检查锅筒、集箱的人孔和手孔盖以及各部 &nbsp;位的阀门、法兰、堵头等是否有泄漏现象。若发现漏水 &nbsp;, &nbsp;应立即停止上水 &nbsp;, &nbsp;进行处理。<br/><br/></span>
