　二、事故原因分析<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　经检查分析计算机打印资料和事故后做试验证明，事故直接原因是C抗燃油泵跳闸，因蓄能器漏氢退出运行，造成抗燃油压迅速降低，该保护动作跳机。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　事故扩大为全厂停电的原因：#2机6kV厂用电B段622b开关跳闸线圈烧坏，红绿灯不亮，值班人员没有到现场检查，没有发现该开关未跳开，当抢合062b开关时，启／备变压器差动保护误动跳三侧开关，全厂失去厂用电。当时，#l机厂用电由启／备变压器供电，#1机组被迫停机。启／备变压器高低侧CT特性不匹配，已发生差动保护误动多次，未及时采取有效措施消除，亦是扩大为全厂停电事故<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;重要原因。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　#2汽轮发电机组烧瓦原因：计算机打印资料表明，9时18分40秒直流事故油泵停，而此后因抢合062b开关造成全厂停电，交流油泵停运，润滑油中断烧瓦。全厂停电交流油泵停运后除了没有及时抢合直流润滑油泵外，直流油泵为什么不能联动和两次抢合不成功，有待继续检查联动装置和二次回路。<br/>
