标题: 典型汽机事故
十四 &nbsp;　某厂83年汽轮机进水弯轴<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　某电厂号7机200MW机组，1983年6月17日4时8分时，由于锅炉高温段省煤器泄漏进行临检，用给水泵向锅炉上水打压查漏，4时30分时，压力升到14.5MPa，锅炉过热器安全门动作，即关闭给水阀停止给水泵运行。6月18日1时冲动汽轮机，1时45分升速到1400rpm时，汽轮发电机组发生强烈振动，高压缸前后轴封处冒火，运行人员立即关调节汽门，降转速700rpm时，汽轮机轴向位移保护动作，汽轮机跳闸。后多次强行启动，均不成功。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;开缸检查汽轮机转子从高压第2级到第11级的动叶围带被汽封片磨出沟道，最深达3mm,汽封片磨损严重，大轴弯曲值达0.58mm.<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;事故原因是汽轮机进水,加上运行的一系列错误操作,导致汽轮机大轴永久性弯曲,具体原因分析如下:<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　1、锅炉打压查漏时,虽然电动主汽门已关闭,但没有用手摇紧,汽轮机自动主汽门前压力曾上升到11MPa未引起足够重视, &nbsp;造成汽轮机进水。<br/>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;　　2、运行人员没有执行规程规定，达到紧急停机规定未执行紧急停机，而是采用了降速暖机的错误方法。<br/>十五 &nbsp;内蒙丰镇发电厂94年2号汽轮机大轴弯曲事故<br/>
