<p><font face="Verdana">摘要：本文针对可门电厂 1800t/h 锅炉燃烧神华煤过程中出现的结渣和积灰问题进行分析，探究其与神华煤煤质特性的内在联系，介绍了神华煤结渣机理和预防措施，重点从锅炉运行调整方面，如过量空气系数、磨煤机运行方式、二次风门调整、煤粉细度控制等锅炉防止结渣的主要技术特点进行了深入的分析，为燃烧神华煤机组预防锅炉结渣和积灰提供了参考意见。 <br/>关键词：神华煤；锅炉；结渣；吹灰器；燃烧调整。 <br/>Abstract: The problem of slagging and fouling by burning Shenghua coal in Kemen Power Plant 1800t/h boiler is analyzed and the inherent relation with Shenghua coal is also studied . The slagging mechanism and its preventive measures is intrduced. The main technical characteristcs of preventing boiler slagging focusing on burning adjustment is especially introduced such as excess air coefficient, mill operation, secondary air throttle adjustment, pulverized coal fineness control and so on. Suggestions to the prevention of slaging and foul are provided in this paper. <br/>KEY WORDS:Shenghua coal；slagging；foul；sootblower; Combustion。 </font></p>
