<p><font face="Verdana">摘&nbsp; 要:华电淄博公司 2×145MW 机组流化床锅炉冷渣器及排渣设备运行中问题突出,排渣温度超标严重,除渣设备运行可靠性差,对机组安全稳定生产造成巨大威胁。本文通过分析流化床锅炉风水联合冷渣器改造的必要性和可行性,重点研究了系统改造优化的实施方案,并对锅炉成功改造后的运行情况进行了简要总结,对国内相同类型的流化床锅炉机组排渣优化具有非常强的参考价值。 <br/>关键词:循环流化床锅炉&nbsp; 排渣&nbsp; 改造&nbsp; 研究 <br/>Abstract:There are 2×145MW extraction turbo-generator&nbsp; units in the HuaDian Zibo Thermoelectric Power Co. . The cooling&nbsp; residue equipment of the CFBB makes many problems in operation, the temperature of the residue goes beyond standard grave, the residue equipment works unreliably and so it brings great threat to the safety of the operation of the unite movement. By analysising the necessity and the feasibility of the transformation to the cooling residue equipment,.This acticle researchs the plan of the transformation about the&nbsp; system,and draws&nbsp; a conclusion about the operation after a successful transformation. It must be a great value for the optimization of the CFBB cooling residue equipment. <br/>Key words: CFBB&nbsp; discharge the residue&nbsp; transformation&nbsp;&nbsp; research&nbsp;</font></p>
