<p><br/>摘 要:本文对比了国内各锅炉制造家1000MW锅炉设计情况,阐述了北仑电厂三期1000MW超超临界燃煤锅炉的设计特点。对本工程所采用的设计煤种、蒸汽参数、炉膛特性、燃烧方式、水冷壁设计、高热强钢材、启动系统进行了分析,提出本工程锅炉热力和水动力参数的选取是成熟可靠的。从水壁温、汽水品质、煤种等方面提出了运行控制要点。另外指出在运行中需长期跟踪监督锅炉高温部件状态,解决氧化皮脱落堵管问题。 <br/>关键词:超超临界锅炉;低NOx燃烧;螺旋管圈;耐热钢 <br/>Abstract: This paper discuss design feature of 1000 MW boiler, which made in all domestic boiler manufacturers., and expound <br/>the Beilun Power Plant on the three 1000 MW Ultra-supercritical coal-fired boiler design features. This project on the design used <br/>by coal and steam parameters of the furnace, burning, water-wall design, high fever strong steel, reboot the system was analyzed <br/>by the project boiler heat and hydrodynamic parameters of the selection is a mature and reliable. The temperature on water wall, <br/>the quality of steam, coal, and other aspects of the operational control points.
