<p><br/>摘 要:介绍了国产超临界 600MW 汽轮机单阀改顺序阀运行后遇到的异常现象,主要表现为在顺序阀状态下,#1、#2瓦温度高;在在某个特定负荷下,高压调门摆动引起 EH 油管振动;在机组进汽方式切换时负荷、主汽压力晃动大,机组调节品质恶化,引起主汽压力过调、超压。本文根据异常现象分析原因,并制定出相应的解决方案。在调门开启顺序为#3、4→1→2 方式下,部份负荷时,汽轮机下部进汽份额减少,汽轮机轴系对#1、#2 轴承 Y 向瓦块的载荷越来越大,造成瓦温高现象,提出改变汽轮机顺序阀控制下高压调门开启前后次序来改善汽轮机瓦温的方法;高压调门晃动大是由于高压调门特性曲线造成的,在保证机组负荷变动响应速度的前提下,对高压调门流量特性曲线作微小改动,解决调门晃动大问题;根据汽轮机阀切换动作原理,延长了阀切换时间,减小阀切换时的机组负荷晃动现象。经过以上措施,#1机组已安全稳定的运行在顺序阀方式下,降低了机组煤耗,大大地提高了机组运行的经济性。 <br/>关键词:汽轮机;顺序阀;异常处理 <br/>Abstract: The abnormal of domestic made superficial 600MW steam turbine when steam admission changed from mono-valve to sequence valve was introduced. In the status of sequence valve, #1 and #2 bearing temperature is high; the hunting vibration of high-pressure governor valve results in the vibration of EH oil pipe at some special load; the load and main steam pressure hunt large when the unit steam admission format was changed, and the regulation quality become worse, which result in the main steam pressure overshoot and overpressure. The reason was analyzed and the according solution was made in this paper. When the valve open sequence is #3, 412, the bottom steam admission fraction decreases at fractional load, the load on the Y direction pads of #1 and #2 bearings applied by the turbine shafting becomes larger and larger, and the bearing temperature becomes too high. To solve this problem, the valve open sequence was changed. The hunting of high-pressure governor valve lies in the character curve of the valve, the character curve of the high-pressure governor valve can be changed to avoid this problem, but which should meet the load changing responding speed. According to the valve switching principle, the switching time was prolonged to decrease the unit load hunting.
