<p><br/>摘 要:目前,直接空冷技术在我国北方富煤缺水地区正在大规模应用,但是通过对国内现已建成的空冷电站调查发现,空冷电站的运行普遍存在一些问题,同时缺乏解决问题的经验。本文对 330MW 直接空冷系统运行过程中遇到的一些普遍性问题如冬季防冻、夏季出力受限、热风回流、真空严密性等问题进行了分析,并提出了相应对策。对国内其他同类型的空冷机组运行具有一定的参考价值。同时作者对空冷技术进一步发展,提了一些自己的想法,可供关电力设计单位和决策部门作相应的参考。 <br/>关键词:直接空冷;冬季防冻;夏季出力受限;热风回流;真空严密性 <br/>ABSTRACT: AT PRESENT DIRECT AIR-COOLING SYSTEM HAS BEEN USED WIDELY IN THE WATER-SHORTAGE BUT COAL-RICH AREAS IN NORTHERN CHINA. THROUGH INVESTIGATING THE SETTLEMENT AIR-COOLING POWER STATIONS IN DOMESTIC, WE FIND THERE ARE SOME UNIVERSALLY PROBLEMS AND LACK OF PROBLEM SOLVING EXPERIENCE .THIS PAPER HAS ANALYSED SOME UNIVERSALLY EXISTING PROBLEMS FOR 330MW DIRECT AIR-COOLING SYSTEM, FOR EXAMPLE, WINTER FROST PROTECTION、SUMMER OUTPUT LIMITATION、HOT AIR RECIRCULATION、VACUUM LEAKAGE ETC. THIS PAPER PROVIDED SOME WAYS FOR THESE PROBLEMS. THIS MAY SERVE AS A VALUABLE REFERENCE FOR THE SAME STYLE DIRECT AIR-COOLED UNITS AT HOME.
