<p><br/>摘 要:随着表面式间接空冷机组容量的增加,空冷塔内循环水管道出现日益大型化的趋势,掌握管内循环水流动特性成为管道工艺设计的关键问题。本文利用计算流体动力学软件,以国电大武口发电厂 2×330MW机组表面式间接空冷统为对象,对空冷塔内循环水管内流场进行了数值模拟。通过模拟计算,分析了管道内部阻力分布特性和流量分布特性,并通过对比管道阻力的数值模拟计算结果与经验公式计算结果,提高了表面式间接空冷系统循环水泵选型的精确性。 <br/>关键词:表面式间接空冷;循环水管道;三维流场;数值模拟 <br/>Abstract: With the rapid development of the size of indirect air-cooled system with surface condenser, it is the key issue to master the flow character in tube for recycling water pipe design. On the basis of flow field calculation of the recycling water pipe of a 2×330MW plant, we analysis and make a summary of the resistance characteristic and flow rate distribution in the pipe. By contrasting the pipe resistance between empirical formula calculations and numerical simulation, the accuracy of choosing recycling water pump is improved. <br/>Key words: Indirect Air-Cooled System with Surface Condenser, Recycling Water Pipe, Three-Dimension Flow Field, Numerical Simulation </p>
