        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">1</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、机组在分部调试期间,因设计院没提供完整的控制逻辑设计,再加上</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">9FA</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">机组国内没有运行经验,所以凡是</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GE</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">能提供的控制参数外,国产配套系统的定值初定都是凭经验而定</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">。而且</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">DCS</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">ECS</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">的逻辑设计不完整,不可避免地导致在调试过程中修改和完善工作不断</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">占居调试和运行方的很大精力来进行或完善逻辑设计工作,从而延长了系统调试时间。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">2</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、在分部调试和试运期间,电动门、调节门等经常发生卡涩,特别是部分调节阀在热态时经常出现卡涩的现象</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">阀门本身存在质量问题。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>

        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">4</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、我们这台机组的最大问题提就是轴系的振动问题整个调试和目前试生产间,曾多次发生</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T1</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T3</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T4</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T5</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T6</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">轴承振动、瓦温偏高、瓦块钨金剥落等问题,其中有</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">R0</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">级叶片次序装错原因,有轴瓦负荷分配的原因,</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GE</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">进行了重装</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">R0</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">级叶片;加装平衡块</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">;</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">提高轴瓦压比;增大</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T3</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T4</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">轴承滑油流量和调整</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T3</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T4</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">轴承中心高度等处理,目前</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T4</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T5</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">T6</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">轴承轴振仍偏高。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">5</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、试运行期间</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">ALSTOM</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">提供的发电机出口断路器隔离开关</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">A</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">相接触不良,触头烧毁,后对这相断路器进行了调换。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">6</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、由西门子公司(</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">SIEMENS</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">)提供的</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GIS</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">线路断路器在冲击试验中,发生一相断口对地绝缘击穿故障,后做更换该相断路器灭弧室处理。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">7</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、锅炉穿墙管密封漏烟严重,移交前的消缺时间进行了处理</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">在这次</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">96</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">小时运行中有所改善</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">但还没有彻底解决。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">8</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、滑油进水问题。整个试运行过程中,共发生</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">4</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">次润滑油进水,但都进行了及时处理。进水的主要原因有三点:首先是轴封管道设计少一根疏水管,致使轴封汽管道的疏水无法排除,在投轴封汽时如果负压控制不恰当的话,就会造成油中进水;其次是安装工作疏忽,造成轴封汽调节阀的阀座掉在管道里,这样在投轴封汽时,调节门永远是全开的汽量无法控制,造成油中进水。还有凝结水本泵跳闸备泵也跳或起不来导致轴加的凝结功能失去</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">轴封失去负压</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">.</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">导致轴封漏气</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">汽水被油系统的真空吸人。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">9</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、汽包水位控制问题。调试阶段运行中出现多的问题是汽包水位在汽机高、中、低旁路阀切换中变化大,多次造成跳燃机,尤其是中压汽包引起的次数最多。初步原因分析为中压汽包容量小,进出水管道多、水位自动调节跟不上、对汽压变化敏感等</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">目前对开关阀的速度进行优化。我们也发现水位有时侯只有一个脉冲是超过保护次,打算从控制系统匹配方向改进。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="background: white none repeat scroll 0%; -moz-background-clip: -moz-initial; -moz-background-origin: -moz-initial; -moz-background-inline-policy: -moz-initial; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">10</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GE</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">发变组</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">A</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">B</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">屏的设计不符合国内</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">25</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">条反措:半山电厂燃气轮机发变组保护是与燃气轮机一起由</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GE</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">公司提供的设备,发变组保护的原厂设计是</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GE</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">公司的燃气轮机系统典型设计的一部分。当这套保护系统用在我们中国必须符合我们国家关于大机组发变组保护的设计和继电保护反事故要求。因此对发变组保护</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">A</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">屏、</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">B</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">屏进行了二次接线的大量修改和各套保护装置的逻辑组态设计和修改。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">11</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、调试还有部分自动没有优化和完善,机组启动时间过长,尚未达到</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GE</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">说明书热态(</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">75</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">分钟)、冷态(</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">190</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">分钟)要求。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">12</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、尚未做过燃机在日开夜停运行方式下,依靠自身余热锅炉供启动时冷却用气。目前依靠老厂供给的辅助蒸汽完成启机时的低压缸冷却,大约负荷达到</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">200MW</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">以上后,低压缸才能进汽,然后停止辅助蒸汽。但辅助蒸汽供应量按满足一台机组启动用汽设计,若轮流供三台机启动则时间太长。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">13</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、除燃机、汽机的控制由</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GE</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">提供的</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">MARK VI</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">控制系统实现之外,余热锅炉及其它辅机设备的控制均由</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">DCS</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">完成,该产品为美国上海艾默森公司的</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">OVATION</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">控制系统,但我们感到两个控制系统缺少总体协调,</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">DCS</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">控制的速度和品质跟不上燃机的变化,使得整套机组的控制效果尚不理想,再加上</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">OVATION</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">控制系统尚未实现对机组“一键启停”的目标,启、停机过程中需将自动撤出,依靠人工干预控制,因此感到人手紧张。当然,这与</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">DCS</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">控制系统优化调试还未完成有一定关系。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">14</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">、目前因西气东输工程上游配套工程出故障的原因,现在每天的供气量受大大大的限制,一般只有</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">40</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">万方,所以机组只能日开夜停,导致机组的性能指标都大大超出设计水平,</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">,发电厂用电率因运行时间的长短差很大,。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
        <p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 28pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">针对以上调试和试生产阶段暴露出的问题,公司十分重视,正在协调设计、安装、调试和</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;">GE</span><span style="font-size: 14pt; font-family: 宋体;">等方面努力解决,同时加强内部运行、检修的管理和进一步采取提高运行、检修、技术、管理人员素质的措施,按照集团公司的要求,争取早日实现燃机电厂一流管理、一流运行、一流效益的目标。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 14pt;"><op></op></span></p>
