摘要:石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺脱硫剂约占脱硫装置运行成本的30%,在经营形势较为严峻的发电企业降低运行成本、寻求低廉优质的脱硫剂迫在眉睫,氯碱化工企业废弃物电石渣主要成分CaO含量大于石灰石,使用电石渣作为脱硫剂在石灰石脱硫工艺上进行简易性试验,取得了稳定可靠的脱硫效率,副产物石膏达到综合利用要求。废物再利用,具有环保效益、社会效益和经济效益,互利双赢,对于电石渣产量有保障的区域有良好的推广前景。

ABSTRACT: Limestone / gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization sorbent desulfurization unit operating costs account for about 30%, the situation is more severe in the business of power generation companies to reduce operating costs, low quality of the desulfurization agent for imminent, chlor-alkali chemical waste carbide main CaO content is more than limestone composition, the use of carbide in the limestone as a sorbent desulfurization process on the simple test to obtain a stable and reliable desulfurization efficiency, by-product gypsum to utilization requirements. Waste recycling, environmental benefit, social and economic benefits, win-win for carbide production in secure areas with good prospects for promotion.

1 前言
目前,国内燃煤火力发电厂烟气脱硫工艺普遍采用技术较为成熟的石灰石—石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺,工艺简单、稳定可靠,但是脱硫剂石灰石粉价格较高,约占脱硫装置运行成本的30%。在经营形势较为严峻的火力发电企业压力较大,提高经济效益,降低运行成本,寻求低廉优质的脱硫剂迫在眉睫。氯碱化工企业生产聚氯乙烯废弃物电石渣主要成分CaO含量大于石灰石粉中的含量,能否成功替代石灰石粉用于湿法脱硫工艺,需要进一步展开研究。
