<p><br/>摘 要:东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司与东方-日立锅炉有限公司合作设计、联合制造的 DG1900/25.4-Ⅱ1 型超临界参数变压直流本生型锅炉,在机组调试、试运期间,普遍存在冲转时锅炉侧主蒸汽温度高、压力低的问题,与汽轮机要求的冲转参数不匹配。其主要原因是煤水比控制不合适。为此提出维持锅炉燃油量 12t/h,退出给水流量低保护,给水流量降至 160~290t/h,冲转时随机投入高低压加热器,给水温度提高到 200℃以上,既解决了冲转时主蒸汽温度高、压力低的难题,又节约燃油,保证了机组启动安全、经济。 <br/>关键词:超临界机组;主蒸汽温度偏高;给水温度流量 <br/>Abstract: Dongfang Boiler (Group) Co., Ltd. and Oriental - Hitachi Ltd. cooperation boiler design, the joint manufacture of DG1900/25.4- 1 supercritical parameters of a variable pressure Ben boiler, during the unit tests and starting up process, the boiler side of the main steam temperatures are high, the problem of low pressure, and the turbine-to the requirements of parameters do not match.
