直接空冷机组主排汽管道流场分析

<p><br/>摘 要:直接空冷系统中的主排汽管道为大口径负压管道,研究重点是平衡各蒸气分配管的流量与降低压降,以保证系统在实现乏气流量均匀分配的同时,防止因乏气压损过高导致热效率降低。 通过CFD软件对主排汽管道进行了三维流场仿真模拟,数值计算结果表明在弯头和三通等地方存在较大的速度和压力梯度,通过改进弯头和三通等的结构将有助于乏汽的均匀流动和减少压损。 <br/>关键词:直接空冷;主排汽管道;流场模拟;压力梯度;速度梯度 <br/>Abstact: In direct air-cooled system the exhaust steam duct is large diameter subpressure pipeline. The primary study of the exhaust steam duct is how to achieve flow equilibrium and reduce vapor pressure deficit, which is to prevent the high loss of pressure and lead to lower thermal efficiency. The three dimensional flow field simulation of exhaust steam duct is carried out by CFD, The result show there exists pressure gradient and velocity gradient in elbows and tees.
