TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 20pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">此次汽封改造数量共<span lang="EN-US">55</span>圈,对国内<span lang="EN-US">300MW</span>级的机组来说尚属首例,特别轴封改造,点多面广,稍有不慎极易造成安全隐患,因此,公司各级领导都高度重视,对汽封改造工作给予极大的关心和支持,从<span lang="EN-US">2005</span>年年初至大修前,共主持召开过汽封改造专题讨论会<span lang="EN-US">8</span>次,外出考察<span lang="EN-US">1</span>次,先后邀请了国电公司专家、领导、原云南电力集团公司汽机专家参加过会议,大家对改造汽封的结构形式、材质、安装要求、节能效果进行了充分的讨论,确定了最佳的改造方案:将普通的迷宫式轴封改为目前国内最先进的蜂窝+铁素体+复合材料密封齿汽封;将高中压叶顶汽封改为梳齿型汽封,低压叶顶汽封改为蜂窝式汽封。并于<span lang="EN-US">2005</span>年<span lang="EN-US">6</span>月<span lang="EN-US">29</span>与哈尔滨通能公司签定了《轴封的技术协议》,<chsdate wst="on" isrocdate="False" islunardate="False" day="19" month="7" year="2005"><span lang="EN-US">7</span>月<span lang="EN-US">19</span>日</chsdate>与北京龙威公司签定了《叶顶汽封改造技术协议》,协议中对汽轮机效率的提高量及汽封漏汽量提出了明确的要求。改造成功后,汽轮机的各项经济指标将跃上一个新的台阶。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">1</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">)<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">留出足够的轴向膨胀安全裕量</b>。根据东方汽轮机厂提供的机组热膨胀曲线,查出每道汽封处的转子、静子在启动、停机、甩负荷、正常运行工况下的热膨胀值,认真核对汽封改造厂家要求的汽封的轴向间隙是否满足机组安全运行的要求,在轴向布置允许的条件下,尽可能将轴向尺寸留大一些,最小要保证有<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue="1" unitname="mm"><span lang="EN-US">1mm</span></chmetcnv>以上的安全裕量。所处位置胀差越大,安全裕量应留得越大。<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></b></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 24pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 20pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">2</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">)<b>合理配置汽封径向间隙。</b>从理论上讲,汽封间隙应配置成准椭圆形:即上边间隙小于下边间隙(因为上汽缸温度总是高于下汽缸温度)、左侧间隙大于右侧间隙(因为从汽轮机向发电机方向看,转子顺时针旋转)。实际检修过程中,我们不但要考虑上述因素,还要根据机组运行的实际情况(从揭盖后汽封修前测量数据来判断)来综合考虑汽封间隙的配置,从#<span lang="EN-US">8</span>机组的实际情况看,我们将汽封间隙应配置成准椭圆形:即上边间隙小于下边间隙、左侧间隙大于右侧间隙,针对#<span lang="EN-US">2</span>轴承处受热后汽缸中心要上抬的问题,将中压后轴封的下间隙放大<span lang="EN-US">0.15</span>~<chmetcnv wst="on" tcsc="0" numbertype="1" negative="False" hasspace="False" sourcevalue=".2" unitname="mm"><span lang="EN-US">0.20mm</span></chmetcnv>。检修人员往往忽视了这些看似无关紧要的问题而按照传统做法将汽封间隙配置成圆形或非圆非椭型,这种做法是不对的,因为一旦发生动静摩擦,转子上的摩擦点受热膨胀,但其余部位的金属会阻碍其膨胀,当阻碍膨胀的压缩力大于金属的屈服极限时,转子就会发生永久性弯曲,摩擦点在转子弯曲最高点的正对面。转子发生热弯,既加大了运转的不平衡量,又增加了大量动静摩擦点,进一步加剧了机组的振动。<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">)采用正确的间隙测量手段,尽可能减小因测量方法产生的误差。</span></b><span style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体;">根据作业现场条件,汽封左右间隙采用塞尺直观检查,检查时注意避免汽封退让;上下间隙考虑开合缸修正值,采用贴胶布合缸检查的方法,将每道汽封的间隙控制在设计范围内。测量时一定要注意考虑汽缸的开合缸修正值,否则会存在很大的测量偏差。在不考虑开合缸修正值得情况下,若汽封间隙留为要求的下限值,极易引发机组动静碰磨振动。<b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></b></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt -1.7pt;
