                                <br/>2. </span>确认盘车连续运行<span lang="EN-US">,</span>真空泵停用<span lang="EN-US">,</span>轴封汽停用<span lang="EN-US">,</span>并且所有可能向凝汽器进汽的系统已隔绝<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>3. </span>汽机差胀<span lang="EN-US">/</span>大轴弯曲<span lang="EN-US">/</span>汽缸上下温差等参数在规定充许范围内<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>4. </span>电加热器及控制 柜检查试验正常<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>5. </span>空压机运行良好<span lang="EN-US">,</span>供气压力正常<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>6. </span>高压缸通风阀开启低压缸汽侧人孔门打开<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>7. </span>汽缸各点金属温度测点投用<span lang="EN-US">,</span>显示正常<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>8. </span>汽缸及各抽汽管道应充分疏水<span lang="EN-US">,</span>疏水后疏水门应关闭严密以防投用快冷时冷却空气由疏水阀漏掉<span lang="EN-US">(</span>需联系热工人员解除疏水联锁强行关闭疏水<span lang="EN-US"> ) <br/></span><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">二<span lang="EN-US">. </span>投用方法</b><span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>(</span>一<span lang="EN-US">).</span>停机前快冷系统的准备<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>1. </span>新装快冷装置第一次投运或大修后第一次投用应对管路进行反冲洗<span lang="EN-US">,</span>方案如下<span lang="EN-US">: <br/></span>(<span lang="EN-US">1.1</span>)<span lang="EN-US"> 20%</span>负荷以上进行中压部分进气管路的反冲洗<span lang="EN-US">,</span>即关闭各分气集管进气一次门<span lang="EN-US">,</span>打开扣分气管的进气一次门以及一二次门之间的排污门<span lang="EN-US">,</span>时间不少于<span lang="EN-US">10</span>分钟<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/></span>(<span lang="EN-US">1.2</span>)在<span lang="EN-US">10%</span>负荷以上进行高压部分进气管路的反冲洗<span lang="EN-US">,</span>即关闭各分气集管进气一次门<span lang="EN-US">,</span>打开各分气管进气二次门以及一<span lang="EN-US">.</span>二次门<span lang="EN-US">, </span>时间不少于<span lang="EN-US">10</span>分钟<span lang="EN-US">. <br/>2. </span>每次投运前对管道进行压缩空气冲洗<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>(</span>二<span lang="EN-US">).</span>投用前系统检查<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>1. </span>检查快冷装置所有的阀门全部关闭<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>2. </span>确认高中压主汽门<span lang="EN-US">,</span>调节门全部关闭<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>3. </span>确认高排逆止门关闭<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>4. </span>检查各段抽汽电动 隔离门前疏水 阀关闭<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>5. </span>检查机本体及各导汽管疏水阀关闭<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>6. </span>检查高压导管排空气门均关闭<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>7. </span>检查各段抽汽逆止门<span lang="EN-US">,</span>电动隔离门关闭<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>8. </span>开启高压缸通风排气阀或通风阀前疏水 门<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>9. </span>开启凝汽器真空破坏门<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>10. </span>开启中低压缸连通管向空排汽 门 <span lang="EN-US"><br/>(</span>三<span lang="EN-US">).</span>投用操作方法<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>1. </span>联系空压机维持仪用空气母管压力为<span lang="EN-US">0.5mpa</span>以上<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>2. </span>开启油水分离器疏水 阀<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>3. </span>开启油水分离器进气门<span lang="EN-US">(</span>即快冷进气总门<span lang="EN-US">) <br/>4. </span>关闭各分气管的排气二次门<span lang="EN-US"> ,</span>打开各分气管的进气一次门和一<span lang="EN-US">.</span>二次门之间的排污一<span lang="EN-US">.</span>二次门<span lang="EN-US">,</span>进行 正向气吹洗<span lang="EN-US">(</span>各管路吹洗次数不少于<span lang="EN-US">15</span>次<span lang="EN-US">) <br/>5. </span>据冷 却通风之前汽缸温度确定换热温差<span lang="EN-US">,</span>将电加热器切换成串联或并联运行<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>(1) </span>串联运行则将二并联阀关闭<span lang="EN-US">,</span>开启串联阀<span lang="EN-US">,</span>使进气温度提高<span lang="EN-US">,</span>流量减少<span lang="EN-US">. <br/>(2) </span>并联运行则将二并联阀打开 关闭串联阀<span lang="EN-US">,</span>使进气温度降低<span lang="EN-US">,</span>流量增大<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>(3) </span>一般而言<span lang="EN-US">.</span>开始投入冷却时<span lang="EN-US">,</span>汽缸任意点温度应小于<span lang="EN-US">400</span>至<span lang="EN-US">450</span>度<span lang="EN-US">,</span>且投入运行方式为串联方式以防温度降低过快和方便汽缸温度相配<span lang="EN-US">,</span>在汽缸最高点温度达到<span lang="EN-US">300</span>度后方可使用并联运行<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>6. </span>投入加热装置<span lang="EN-US">: <br/></span>在控制柜上全上电源开关<span lang="EN-US">,</span>开启钥匙开关<span lang="EN-US">,</span>将温度显示调节仪的<span lang="EN-US">”</span>设定<span lang="EN-US">/</span>测量<span lang="EN-US">.</span>报警<span lang="EN-US">”</span>开关拨向<span lang="EN-US">”</span>设定<span lang="EN-US">”</span>位置旋转温度设定电位仪<span lang="EN-US">,</span>使设定会晤符合我们的需要<span lang="EN-US">,</span>再将此开关拨向<span lang="EN-US">”</span>报警<span lang="EN-US">”</span>位置<span lang="EN-US">,</span>设定报警值之后<span lang="EN-US">,</span>将此开关拨至测量位置显示集气箱出口实际温度<span lang="EN-US">,</span>设定好后<span lang="EN-US">,</span>揿一下启动键<span lang="EN-US">,</span>电加热器投入 运行<span lang="EN-US">,</span>将电加热器投入<span lang="EN-US"> “</span>自动<span lang="EN-US">”</span>位置<span lang="EN-US">,</span>让其自动控制<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>7. </span>确认加热器装置拨运行正常<span lang="EN-US">,</span>疏水已尽<span lang="EN-US">,</span>集气箱空气压力已达到<span lang="EN-US">0.5mpa,</span>温度已达到设定值<span lang="EN-US">(</span>低于调节级金属温度<span lang="EN-US">60</span>至<span lang="EN-US">80 </span>度左右<span lang="EN-US">,</span>缸温低时可取高值<span lang="EN-US"> ) <br/>8. </span>逐渐将集气箱的<span lang="EN-US">7</span>个出气分门打开<span lang="EN-US">,</span>据集气箱压力和温度调节进气总门<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>9. </span>据高中压缸温差<span lang="EN-US">,</span>调整气缸及夹层的进所气量和温度<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/></span><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">三<span lang="EN-US">. </span>冷缸的控制数据<span lang="EN-US">

                                <br/>11. </span>转子应力曲线在正常范围之内<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>12. </span>其他数据按规程执行<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/></span><b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;">四<span lang="EN-US">. </span>冷缸注意事项 </b><span lang="EN-US"><br/>1. </span>冷 缸必须由专人操作<span lang="EN-US">] <br/>2. </span>冷缸过程中<span lang="EN-US">,</span>每<span lang="EN-US">30</span>分钟全面记录缸温和有关参数及时分析<span lang="EN-US">,</span>调整汽缸进气量及温度<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>3. </span>冷缸过程中凝汽器循环水不得中断<span lang="EN-US">,</span>低压缸排汽温度应<span lang="EN-US">&lt;=79</span>度否应投入低负荷喷水装置<span lang="EN-US"> ,</span>如果排汽温度<span lang="EN-US">&lt;45</span>度可停止喷水<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>4. </span>冷缸中有关参数值 无法调整时<span lang="EN-US">,</span>应中止冷缸并江报专工和值长<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>5. </span>冷 缸中盘车应连续运行<span lang="EN-US">,</span>只有在缸金属温度各测点均小于或等于<span lang="EN-US">130</span>度冷缸结束后<span lang="EN-US">3 </span>至<span lang="EN-US">4</span>个小时内方可停止盘车<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>6. </span>冷 缸结束后<span lang="EN-US">,</span>仍应注意金属温度回升<span lang="EN-US">
                                <br/>7. </span>停止冷 缸时<span lang="EN-US">,</span>应先停止电加热器<span lang="EN-US">,</span>切换电源<span lang="EN-US">,</span>然后开启集气箱排污门<span lang="EN-US">,</span>再关闭集气箱<span lang="EN-US">7</span>个分门<span lang="EN-US">(</span>一<span lang="EN-US">.</span>二次门<span lang="EN-US">)</span>并做好安全措施<span lang="EN-US">,</span>等集所气箱温度近定温时<span lang="EN-US">,</span>方可关闭</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 9pt; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-size: 12.0pt;"><p></p></span></p><p></p>
