哈电660MW型发电机氢气内漏分析处理及防范措施

ABSTRACT:Hydrogen cooling system is used in most Large-capacity generators. At the same time, water and hydrogen can be used together. Hydrogen leakage is a special problem during the operation of  large-capacity generator. Plentiful hydrogen leakage not only increases the cost of generator operation, but also influences the safety of generator itself. When the hydrogen leak out, it could be called external leakage. Hydrogen can leak out from the joint face, shaft seal , the connector of hydrogen and oil circuit pipe, welded joint, etc. External leakage can be checked by using the portable leak detector and soap bubble, which it can be treated during the operation. When the  hydrogen leaks into the internal-water-cooling system, water-cooling system of hydrogen cooler, return oil system of gas-side seal oil , all of them are called internal leakage. It’s hard to find internal leakage and it can’t be treated during operation. It is also a major potential for safe operation. During the operation of the two 660MW class HEC generators which are installed in the phase II project of Cangdong Power Plant, more hydrogen leakage is detected, especially the internal leakage. We have done comprehensive examination and treatment for internal leakage during the maintenance and it has a good effect.

摘要:大容量汽轮发电机多数采用氢气冷却方式,同时也采用了水和氢气两种冷却介质,漏氢成为大容量发电机运行中特殊存在的问题,漏氢量大不但降低了发电机运行经济性,而且使发电机本身的安全受到严重威胁。发电机氢气向外漏出的称为外漏,主要是通过各结合面、轴密封处、氢及油回路的管路的接头、焊缝等漏出,可用携带型检漏仪或者肥皂液查找,运行中可以处理;氢气漏入内冷水系统、氢冷器冷却水系统、密封油空侧回油系统中为内漏,确定查找内漏部位比较费事,运行中也不能处理,是发电机安全运行的重大隐患。沧东电厂二期两台哈电660型发电机在投产运行中,有漏气量屡次增加情况,尤其是出现内漏现象,针对发电机的氢内漏,在机组停机检修中实现了全面的检查和处理,取得了良好的效果。

1  概述
2010年4月15日,3号机组停备2天后并网,在16日14:00至17日14:00期间进行了漏氢试验试验,试验结果24小时漏氢量为15.8m3/d,漏氢率达到2.4%,漏氢量超过哈尔滨电机厂关于发电机规定注意值(12m3/d)。4月17日,对发电机外部进行了初步的检查和处理工作,在4月18日-19日进行漏氢试验,漏氢量13.78m3/d,依然超标严重。
