Abstract: The NO.1 boiler of the Gong Xian power plant is the first domestic 600MW supercritical FW type down-fired boiler. The optimal design to the sub-critical down-fired boiler was introduced, and the optimizing adjustment for the milling and combustion system were carried out. The results showed that after the double-inlet and double-outlet mill had been equipped with dynamic separator, the fineness and uniformity of the pulverized coal have been improved impressively. Through the layout of burnout wind on the arch, the emission level of NOx has been decreased to almost 635 mg/Nm3. By the adjustment of excess air ratio and air distribution methods, carbon content in the fly ash can stabilize at about 4%, which is lower than the design value. Through the combustion optimization, the main parameters of the boiler can satisfy the design requirements, the load regulation performance is very good and the boiler can operate stably and safely.

摘 要:珙县电厂1号锅炉为国内首台FW型600MW超临界W火焰炉。介绍了与同等级亚临界W炉的优化改进,并进行了制粉及燃烧系统进行优化调整,结果表明:双进双出磨煤机配备动态分离器后,煤粉细度和均匀性得到有效提高;通过在拱上布置燃尽风,NOx排放含量降至约635 mg/Nm3;通过对运行氧量及配风方式调整,试验后期飞灰可燃物稳定在4%左右,低于设计值。通过燃烧优化后,锅炉各主要参数均能达到设计要求,负荷调节性能良好,可安全稳定运行。
