燃煤电厂配煤掺烧经济性评估系统

摘  要：  阐述了燃煤电厂面临的电煤劣化和价格攀升的现实困难，各厂不得不通过混煤掺配掺烧来降低燃料成本和稳定锅炉煤质，由于配煤后的缺乏系统性经济分析评估，部分厂存在盲目配煤现象。通过建立配煤后经济性分析评估模型，科学量化指导电厂的燃煤掺配工作，将为提升火电厂的安全性和经济性起到积极的作用。

Abstract: In this papaer,it described what practical difficulties the coal-fired power plants are facing now,that is the Coal degradation and the rising coal prices. The plants have adopted with mixed coal blending to reduce fuel costs and maintain Stable combustion of coal boiler.Due to the lack of systematic economic analysis and Assessment, there is the phenomenon of blind blending. Through the establishment of blending economic analysis and the assessment model, it gave the scientific guidance to quantify coal-fired power plant blending.That will play a positive role in the enhance of safety and economics of thermal power plant.

1 前言
电力行业是国民经济发展的基础，火力发电作为电力行业的主要组成部分，目前普遍存在企业经营和运行环境恶化，盈利能力不强，亏损额、亏损面逐年扩大，资产负债率不断攀升的现状，具体体现在以下方面：“计划电”和“市场煤”的矛盾长期得不到解决，以煤炭为主要生产成本的火电企业由于煤炭的不断涨价吞食掉了企业的全部利润，中电联统计数据表明，截止2010年底全国火电行业亏损面达60%；火电建设规模空前增长造成装机容量的发展超过用电量增长，以及清洁能源占据发电市场份额的不断加大，导致火力发电企业运行设备利用小时大幅降低，机组运行的经济性下降；在国家节能减排、建设环保型国家总体战略下，火电企业的环保压力不断加大。
