某台1000MW发电机定子接地保护动作原因分析

ABSTRACT: Two sets zero sequence base wave voltage stator ground fault protection action were happened in a power plant No.2 generator(1000MW), it caused generator circuit breaker tripped and No.2 units full stopped. In this paper, the fault status and the inspection and tests are analyzed, and countermeasures are put forward.

摘要: 某电厂2号发电机(1000MW)发生双套基波零序电压定子接地保护动作,造成发电机出口断路器跳闸,2号发电机组全停。本文对2号机组故障情况及机组跳闸后所需采取的检查试验等相关问题进行了分析、研讨,并针对一些重要事项提出了相应的防范对策。

1. 故障概况
X年X月X日15:48:00,某电厂2号发电机组(1000MW)正常运行,机组各运行参数正常,有功功率611MW,无功功率59MVAR,发电机出口电压27.3kV,2号主变高压侧电压513kV。15:48:34,发电机的双套基波零序电压定子接地保护均动作跳闸,发电机出口断路器跳闸、灭磁开关跳闸、主汽门关闭,2号发电机组全停;厂用电快切切换成功。停机后,对发电机测试绝缘正常,检查发现机端1PT的B相绝缘为零。
