To pave blocky refractory belt onto appropriate sections around burner outlet in reference to real time coal quality measurement, as well as the specific partial load, is a proven way in ensuring coal ignition. Practice within the aspect lays the foundation for boiler operation in a secure, efficient and stable fashion.

摘要 1025T/H锅炉炉膛根据实际燃煤和低负荷运行的情况,在火嘴周围适当部位敷设块状卫燃带,改善了着火燃烧条件,对煤粉锅炉安全、经济、稳定运行有着重要意义。

0 引言
华豫电厂2×300 MW机组锅炉采用的是上海锅炉厂生产的1025t/h亚临界压力一次中间再热自然循环锅炉,型号为SG-1025/17.4-M847,采用单炉膛、∏型布置、四角切向燃烧,平衡通风,尾部双烟道,挡板调温,仓储制钢球磨制粉系统,露天布置,全钢架悬吊结构,固态机械除渣。炉膛无卫燃带。
实践表明两台锅炉主、再热汽温偏低,高负荷时(25万以上),在煤质和制粉系统运行正常情况下,不投减温水,主汽温勉强达到额定值,再热汽温偏低5-10℃。对机组的经济安全运行影响严重。由于电力、煤炭市场的实际情况,实际煤质、实际运行负荷与设计值有较大偏差,给燃烧调整造成困难,锅炉容易灭火。通过反复探索总结,在燃烧器附近适当部位敷设块状卫燃带,收到了较好效果。
