EPCON新电源技术在静电除尘器控制系统中的应用及效益分析

摘要:随着近几年来静电除尘技术的快速发展,电除尘控制系统功能日趋完善,除尘器本体性能得到充分发挥,除尘效果及节能方面也表现的越来越突出。本文介绍托电一期两台600MW机组电除尘器在原有控系统基础上进行改造及应用EPCON新电源技术,包括增加ROQ实时供电优化系统、完善振打功能、火花控制精细化和采用机组负荷管理模式等,实现大幅度提高除尘效率及降低能耗的目的并进行分析论证。

ABSTRACT: In recent years electrostatic dust removal technology has made a great progress and ESP control system function has become matured day by day. Now generally dust collector can play a full role in dust removal, effective and energy-saving. In this paper I describe how two sets of 600 MW units of dust collector in phrase I made use of EPCON new energy technology to improve is performance including increasing of real time ROQ power supply system, improvement of vibration function, accurate sparking control, loading management mode, etc. The improvement highly enhanced effectiveness of dust collector and reduced energy consumption.

0 引言
内蒙古大唐国际托克托发电有限责任公司(以下简称托电)一期两台600MW机组静电除尘器本体型号为2F480,控制部分采用国内2002年WF-CON技术。随着电除尘器技术高速发展及国家对降低大气污染排放物要求逐年提高, WF-CON局限性表现得越来越突出,如控制技术落后限制除尘器性能发挥及除尘器能耗一直处于较高水平。从节能减排的角度考虑,应对托电一期电除尘控制系统进行合理改造。[1]
