Typically, W-shaped flame boilers are equipped with several Double-in and Double-out Positive Pressured Direct Firing Pulverizing Systems regarding to coal, cost and construction time. In static states, the total fuel is linear to the air flow. Thus, accurately measuring the air flow play an important role in the procedure. Traditionally, the wing-pilot device, the Venturi air measurement device and Annubar measuring device are used to measure the air flow. However, these devices have defectiveness of durability and throttle. In this paper, the author point out the principle of <place wst="on"><placename wst="on">Southeast</placename>
