mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">目前,世界上对凝汽器铜管防磨、防漏、堵漏尚无满意的技术手段。因此,加强管理,充分利用现有技术和方法搞好此项工作,显得尤为重要,以尽量缓减铜管的磨损、腐蚀,延长更<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>换周期和减少凝汽器的泄漏,同时加强相关技术的研究也有必要。当前,凉水塔式开式循环比例越来越大,对循环冷却水加水稳剂、加酸调<span lang="EN-US">pH</span>、加氯除有机物的工作也必须跟上,以把<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>好凝结水水质关。基建期必须注意铜管的安装工艺和必要的试验,搞好退火处理,循环冷却水系统必须投入水稳剂及加杀菌灭藻剂等工作,以免发生因基建不投入水稳剂造成凝汽器迅<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>速结垢严重限负荷后,被迫清洗的情况,带来重大损失。</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">3)&nbsp;</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">三是搞好热力除氧和化学除氧。在热力系统内大量氧的存在,对系统内铜、铁等金属的腐蚀危害是严重的,尤其在同时有大量二氧化碳存在等弱酸性条件下,会大大加速对铜、铁<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>设<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>备的腐蚀。凝汽器通过抽真空和给水在热力除氧器达到脱氧器正常压力和温度,以排走工质水中大量的氧,二氧化碳和不凝汽体,是搞好热力除氧的必要条件。提高凝结水溶解氧和给<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>水<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>溶解氧的合格率,是热力系统防腐的重要一环,但是,光<span lang="EN-US">*</span>热力除氧并不能完全将凝结水,给水中氧除尽,还必须<span lang="EN-US">*</span>研究以化学除氧为辅助手段,世界上最成熟的方法是在给水、疑水<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>中加水合肼<span lang="EN-US">(</span>联氨<span lang="EN-US">)</span>来达到目的,目前西方国家百分之九十五以上仍采用此法。</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">还有是防止加热器腐蚀。目前,加热器腐蚀造成水汽系统铜、铁超标,已成为相当严重的问题,其腐蚀特征是以氧和二氧化碳同时存在腐蚀形态为主,位置特点是加热汽侧重于水侧<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>,加热汽侧又以汽水分界处最重,分界处又是汽侧重于水侧。要作好此工作,除加强对给水,凝结水加氨处理,正确调节水、汽系统<span lang="EN-US">pH</span>值和氧含量外,是寻找和杜绝氧和二氧化碳的来<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>源,以解低加、<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>中加腐蚀带铜,<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>高加腐蚀带铁的问题。</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">以及搞好停炉保养工作。机组不可能一直运行,总有停机检修和备用的时候,对铜铁为主的金属设备而言,锅炉停备用期失保养或保养不当,比运行中的腐蚀往往严重得多;尤<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>其是对四川省这种水电比重大,火电停机和调峰任务较重的情况,停炉保养显得更重要。目前的停炉保养方法较多,且都有其局限性和缺点,使得<span lang="EN-US">“</span>停炉保养合格率<span lang="EN-US">”</span>低。如何提高<span lang="EN-US">“&nbsp;</span>停炉保养合格率<span lang="EN-US">”</span>,是此项工作的技术关键,尤其是针对大机组过热器,再热器和液态排渣<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>炉的停备用保养。目前世界上还找不到一种方法是十全十美的,但先进的工业国家倾向于用<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>物理方法取代化学方法,用干法代替湿法,所以西方国家推荐采用干风法和充氮法,在国内液氨法、热水法、给水溢漏法和由四川电力试验研究院等研究的热炉放水、<span lang="EN-US">“</span>管内正压吹干<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>保护法<span lang="EN-US">”</span>都是适用不同工况的较好方法。在基建阶段,因条件困难,经常造成设备失保养的<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>问题也要特别引起重视。</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">?</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;"><br/></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">把好减温水水质关。当前,国内外高温高压及以上机组,都采用给水喷水减温,已不再用表面式减温了。因此,因凝汽器、化学补水或疏水造成的给水污染,直接经喷水减温<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>进入过热器,造成过热蒸汽污染,进而造成过热器结垢爆管,汽机结垢,腐蚀,限负荷。此生产难题,对于同压力等级的多机组火电厂,采用<span lang="EN-US">“</span>交<span lang="EN-US">*</span>给水减温法<span lang="EN-US">”</span>,可以把住此关,其<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>他情况还有待研究解决,但根本途径仍是把好给水关。</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">?<span lang="EN-US"><br/></span></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">搞好化学清洗。结垢,不仅影响锅炉的热效率,且产生严重垢下腐蚀和管壁温升,因此影响安全经济运行。其原因如下:</span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: 宋体; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">?</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;"><br/></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">垢的导热系数比金属小得多,金属导热系数比水垢大<span lang="EN-US">10</span>~<span lang="EN-US">1000</span>倍,也就是垢的热阻比金属大<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;10</span>~<span lang="EN-US">1000</span>倍。下面是一些常见垢的导热系数:</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;"><br/></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">结垢后产生的管壁温升也是严重的,且在结同样成份和厚度情况下,锅炉压力温度参数越高,其管壁温升越高。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;"><br/></span><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: black; FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-bidi-font-family: Tahoma; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">结垢后,垢下产生腐蚀介质的浓缩,导致严重垢下腐蚀。又因管壁温升,温度升高<span lang="EN-US">10</span>度,腐<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>蚀速度增加<span lang="EN-US">2</span>~<span lang="EN-US">4</span>倍,且是几何级数升高。因此,结垢后,如不清洗,必将会引起管爆破。为<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>此,电力部化学监督制度规定了<span lang="EN-US">“</span>当锅炉水冷壁管垢量达到下列数值,应安排化学清洗;对<span lang="EN-US">&nbsp;</span>结垢、腐蚀严重的锅炉应立即安排清洗。锅炉运行时间达到下列时限,也应清洗。<span lang="EN-US">
