油液监测技术是通过分析被监测机器的在用润滑剂(或工作介质)的性能变化和携带的磨损微粒的情况,获得机器的润滑和磨损状态的信息,评价机器的工况和预测故障,并确定故障原因、类型和零件的技术。这一技术的工业应用表明:油液监测技术适用于低速重载、环境恶劣(如噪音大、振动源多、外界干扰明显)、往复运动和采用液体或半液体润滑剂且以磨损为主要失效形式的设备的监测。国内外实施油液监测所获得的经济效益推动着这一技术的发展和完善。通常,油液监测可以延长设备的换油期或者正确选用润滑剂而取得效益,更重要的是通过及时预报潜在的故障避免灾难性损坏或者使处于正常运转的设备减少不必要的维修而增加产值和效益<br/><div class="spctrl"></div>  最初的油液监测只是油污染分析,主要是分析油品的理化指标如粘度、水分、酸值、闪点、机械杂质等,通常采用石油产品性能指标测定方法对在用润滑剂进行检测,以评价其质量的变化。工业化生产的发展使机器越来越大型化、复杂化和连续化,对机器的维修要求越来越高,因此,机器故障诊断技术应运而生,促使了人们积极开发基于油液监测的诊断方法。首先,人们注重了在用润滑油中携带的磨损微粒和污染物微粒,因此,将光谱分析移植用于在用润滑油中磨粒元素和含量的分析,通过获得磨粒元素种类和含量的信息,对取样机器的磨损状况作出解释,这一方法的应用,开拓了油液监测从磨粒这一信息载体获得机器故障的先例。60年代中期,油液颗粒自动计数器成为商品,由此产生了油液监测中颗粒计数法,这种方法可获得一个数字化的分析结果,用于评价取样机器油品污染的程度。70年代初,铁谱技术问世并很快在机器的故障诊断中得到了应用。由于这一技术可以全面地分析磨粒的浓度、尺寸分布、形貌和成分,因而丰富了油液监测中磨粒分析的内涵,并产生了“微粒摩擦学”的概念。80年代起,油液监测工作者应用红外光谱仪检测在用润滑油添加剂残留程度和污染物包括水、渗漏产物(积炭)、化学冷却剂(乙二醇)以及未燃烧的燃料,以反映由硝化、氧化、硫化引起的润滑油变质情况。尤其是傅立叶变换红外光谱仪的出现,更是促进了油液监测技术这一方面的发展。进入90年代,利用气相色谱和质谱仪测定在用润滑油的组分变化也有报道。综观油液监测技术的发展过程不仅其分析方法在不断增加,而且从在用润滑油中得到的信息也在逐渐扩大。??<br/><div class="spctrl"></div>  近年来,油液监测技术领域的研究和开发的热点集中在在线油液监测方法,磨粒自动识别技术和基于油液监测的智能诊断系统这三个方面。?<br/><div class="spctrl"></div>  先后出现过不同原理的在线监测仪,其中比较有代表性的仪器和方法是:流体工况监测仪(Fluid Condition Monitor, FCM)、定量磨粒监测器(Quantitative Debris Monitoring, QDM)、金属微粒检测仪(Metal Particle Detector, MPD)、在线示踪法磨粒测量仪、在线铁谱仪、声发射磨粒监测技术、超声波磨粒监测方法、利用光学磨粒传感器的实时油液诊断系统、磨粒图像在线识别系统、FerroSCAN和MetalSCAN在线监测仪。以及近年来新提出的基于压电传感器的新型在线润滑油磨粒和粘度监测方法。<br/><div class="spctrl"></div>  在线实时监测机械磨损颗粒和润滑油粘度的压电传感器(An on-line piezoelectric particle/viscosity sensor for real time lubricant oil monitoring),不仅结构简单,使用方便,响应快,价格低,而且采用最普通最简便的磁塞检查法.不仅能测量小磨损颗粒(达到1微米)和低浓度样品。还能同时测量润滑油的粘度变化,为准确判定润滑油和设备的状态提供更多的测量信息。基于这个原理和传感器研制的产品有PQM-1传感器和PQM100磨粒粘度监测仪,FWS系列在线监测润滑油粘度传感器和仪器等,这些产品已投入实际应用。<br/><div class="spctrl"></div>  现代科学技术的飞速发展为油液诊断技术的发展提供了良好的契机,油液监测技术必将朝着集成化、智能化、在线化方面发展。其可能的应用研究方向为<br/><div class="spctrl"></div>  1)开发基于多种油液监测方法的故障诊断专家系统,一方面,通过建立不同油液监测方法对不同故障的特征描述的差异(或贡献度不相同),找出故障的敏感参数;另一方面,通过积累实际跟踪监测经验,整理诊断规则,运用模糊诊断、神经网络、人工智能原理实现该系统。??<br/><div class="spctrl"></div>  2)建立基于油液监测的设备维修管理决策支持系统和作业优化控制系统。这是把监测、诊断、维修管理、作业控制相结合的发展策略,也是油液监测技术努力追求的未来目标。<br/>
