<p><br/>摘 要 某电厂 3号超临界锅炉投产以来,运行不到 500 小时已发生 4次末级过热器爆漏,其开裂部位多发生在外数第 2、3、4、20内圈管,其特征为管屏下部内弯头横向裂纹。其主要原因为末级过热器 SA-213TP347 在弯管后未固溶处理,致使末级过热器内弯处管材存在晶间腐蚀和硬度超标,同时末级过热器由于其管系设计布置不合理,运行中与烟气紊流发生共振,致使末级过热器内弯头在极短的时间内快速疲劳失效而爆漏。通过增加末级过热器固定管夹,改变其固有频率;末级过热器下部弯头更换为经固溶处理的弯管等措施。目前锅炉未发生类似的失效损坏,取得明显的效果。 <br/>关键词 超临界锅炉 末级过热器 失效分析 措施 </font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">Abstract: After some 600MW super critical boiler is put into production, there occurred 4 bursts in the final stage super heater during its 500 hours operation. Mostly, the bursts locate in the inner tracks of tubes rank 2,3,4 and 20 from outside, and transverse cracks were found in the internal elbows of the tube screen’s underpart at the same time. According to analysis, without solution treatment after tube bending and inappropriate design of the pipe arrangement are main reasons to these bursts. Intercrystalline corrosion and hardness beyond standards are found in the material of inner elbows due to non-solution treatment after bend. Resonate occurs during the boiler running of tubes and flue gas because of inappropriate design leads to fatigue failure rapidly. By adding fixed pipe clamps on the final stage super heater to change its natural frequency and changing the elbows made of material after solution treatment, such bursts never happen up to now. <br/>Key words super critical boiler, final stage super-heater, invalidation analysis, method </font></p>
