<p><font face="Verdana">摘 要：邹县发电厂 1000MW 超超临界机组锅炉运行中多次出现结大焦下落的现象，造成捞渣机事故放渣门鼓开，水封失去，炉膛负压波动，排烟温度升高，过热器受热面壁温不正常上升，严重影响了机组的安全稳定运行。文章从燃料特性，锅炉设计以及运行调整等多方面进行研究，分析查找超超临界机组锅炉的结焦原因，并根据分析结论提出相应的调整建议。 <br/>关键字：超超临界机组 结焦 原因分析 <br/></font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana">【Abstract】: The coking problem often occurs in boiler of the 1000MW ultra-supercritical units of Zouxian power plant in Shandong province. The fallen coke with high kinetic energy make the emergent door to let sediment out opened, and the water seal to the furnance is distoried, then it lead the pressure of furnance waveing and the gas temperature at chimney rising, the same time the matel temperature of superheater go up abnormally. It is dangerous to the running unit. In article the author analyse the coking princeple from aspects of fuel characters,boiler design and adjustment to find the reason of cokin, and table a proposal of adjustment. <br/>【Key words】: Ultra-supercritical units; coking; analysis </font></p>
