<p><br/>摘&nbsp; 要:基于多喷嘴对置热模试验平台,以柴油为模拟介质,对其气化过程进行了试验研究。采用水冷取样管,对气化炉喷嘴平面及轴线上方进行气体取样,经气体净化系统,由质谱仪实时在线分析。结果表明,喷嘴平面内,距中心 5cm 处,CO、CO2、H2浓度开始发生较大变化,即为火焰撞击区域, 且该区域同由火焰图像拍摄结果一致; 气化炉中心轴线方向, 气体浓度曲线在距离中心29cm处出现拐点,表明气化火焰高度与炉内径之比约为 1.0。 <br/>关键词:气流床气化炉;气体浓度;撞击火焰;热模平台 <br/>Abstract:&nbsp; In a bench-scale installation of four-burner&nbsp; impinging entrained-flow gasifier, detailed measurements of gas concentration distribution have been performed for diesel oil at atmospheric pressure. Gas samples of different radial positions in the burner plane and different axial positions up the burner plane were cleaned through gas purified system which then analyzed by mass spectrometry. Results showed that the concentration of CO, CO2, H2 changed relatively fiercely until 5cm offside the gasifier center, which was called the flame impinging region. The place of the inflexion point in the gas concentration curve indicates that the flame height is nearly 30cm, so the ratio of flame height to the gasifier diameter is about 1.0. <br/>Keywords: entrained-flow gasifier; gas concentration; impinging flame; hot-model device <br/></font></p>
