<p><br/>摘 要:直接空冷凝汽器由一个个直接空冷单元组成。对直接空冷凝汽器单元的研究具有重要的意义。依托实际工程项目,建立了某 135MW 直接空冷凝汽器单元流动和传热的数学模型。利用计算传热学(NHT)软件 FLUENT,对夏季汽轮机考核工况(TRL)下,不同环境风速和风向,进行了空冷单元的性能的数值模拟。对直接空冷凝汽器外部空气的速度场、温度场的模拟、分析和研究,为直接空冷系统的优化设计提供帮助。 <br/>关键词:空冷凝汽器 直接空冷单元 数值模拟 优化设计 <br/>Abstract: Direct air cooled condenser is composed of individual direct air cooled units. It is very important to have a detailed research on direct air cooled condenser unit. Based on actual project,the mathematic model for flow and heat transfer of direct air cooled unit in a 135MW power plant is constructed. Using the numerical heat transfer(NHT)software called FLUENT, the thermalperformance of air cooled unit under typical steam turbine, especially TRL mode in Summer,under different environmental velocity and wind direction, is simulated. The simulating results,including the flowing field and temperature field are analyzed and studied.
