超超临界直流锅炉冲管过程分析

<p><br/>摘 要:本文根据国电泰州发电有限公司 1000MW 超超临界机组#1 和#2 锅炉的冲管过程,从冲管的目的、冲管系数的选择、计算方法和影响因素出发,对超超临界锅炉的冲管方法和流程、稳压冲管参数和降压冲管参数的选择及冲管过程等进行分析,分析了锅炉稳压和降压冲管过程中给水流量控制、贮水箱水位控制等出现的问题以及这些问题产生的原因和所采取的相应措施,指出了冲管参数、给水流量及贮水箱水位控制对超超临界直流锅炉冲管有效时间、冲管效果的影响,并提出了相应的建议。 <br/>关键词:直流;锅炉;冲管;分析 <br/>Abstract: This article is based on the process of steam blower for the boilers ,guo dian taizhou power plant’s NO1&amp;2 boilers. We draw a conclusion from the analyse of the purpose of steam blower,the selection of the coefficient for the steam blower, the method of the calculation and the factor of the influence. We analysis the way of the steam blower for the ultra- supercritical one through boiler, the flow of the steam blower, the parameters of the steam for the steady steam blower and the variable steam blower, the process of steam blower,and point out the question of the control of the feedwater flow,and the level control of the water store tank during the couse of the steady steam blower and the variable steam blower.We also point out that the coefficient of the steam blower,the feed water flow and the level control of the water reservoir bring the influence on the r efficient time and effect of the steam blower for the ultra- supercritical one through boiler.We anatomy them,and we take actions to resolve them..And that, we bring forward to table a proposal. <br/>Key words: One-through, boiler, steam blower, analyze <br/>&nbsp;1 锅炉简述 <br/>国电泰州电厂一期工程 2×1000MW 超超临界燃煤机组锅炉是由哈尔滨锅炉厂有限责任公司在日本三菱重工业株式会社(Mitsuibishi Heavy Industries Co. Ltd)的技术支持下,设计的超超临界变压运行直流锅炉,采用 П 型布置、单炉膛、改进型低NOX PM(Pollution Minimum)主燃烧器和 MACT ( Mitsuibishi Advanced Combustion Technology)型低NOx 分级送风燃烧系统、反向双切圆燃烧方式,炉膛采用内螺纹管垂直上升膜式水冷壁、循环泵启动系统、一次中间再热、调温方式除煤/水比外,还采用烟气分配挡板、燃烧器摆角、喷水等方式。锅炉采用平衡通风、露天布置、固态排渣、全钢构架、全悬吊结构,设计煤种为神府东胜煤,校核煤种为兖州、同忻煤。 </font></p> CEJ4FaXx.pdf (218.73 KB, 下载次数: 2)
