<p><br/>摘 要:本文简要介绍了邹县电厂1000MW超超临界锅炉的结构及燃用的煤种,对出现结焦现象的原因从燃煤特性、锅炉设计特性、水冷壁粘污、结焦位置等方面进行了分析。阐述了1000MW超超临界锅炉在采用较大的炉膛容积、燃烧器布置、燃烧器热功率、炉膛易结焦区域布置吹灰器等设计方面防止受热面结焦的经验。总结了1000MW超超临界锅炉判断结焦的经验。从进一步确认锅炉结焦部位、加强炉膛吹灰、消除炉膛漏风、合理调整运行方式、保证锅炉负压运行、控制煤粉细度、保持相对高氧量运行等方面提出了防止结焦的对策。 <br/>关键词:结焦;原因;对策 <br/>Abstract: This paper introduces the Zouxian Power Plant 1000 MW Ultra-supercritical boiler structure and coal-fired, and discusses the reasons of slag buildup in several ways such as the coal-fired, boiler design features, the water wall sewage and coking locations in an analysis. On the 1000 MW Ultra-supercritical boiler furnace in the larger volume, burner layout, burner thermal power and coking regional furnace-soot blowing layout design. Summed up the 1000 MW Ultra-supercritical boiler preventing heating surface coking experience. Further confirmation on the boiler coking locations, strengthen the furnace soot blowing, elimination of the furnace air leakage, adjust the operation, ensure boiler negative-pressure operation, control the fineness of pulverized coal, remained relatively high oxygen, and other aspects of the operation to prevent coking response. <br/>Key words: The Slag Buildup, Reason, Solution </font></p>
