 摘要：在对国产 600MW 超临界汽轮机启动基本原理介绍的基础上，对机组实际启动过程中曾出现的 2 次转速异常升高的原因和危害进行了分析，认为机组转速不受控的原因为在 DEH由ICV控制切换成MSV/ICV控制方式的瞬间，中压调门控制逻辑不完善，控制逻辑与中压调门流量特性不匹配造成进入汽轮机的蒸汽量大于汽轮机维持 600r/min 所需的蒸汽量，汽轮机转速无法稳定。此时DEH控制方式为MSV/ICV控制方式，DEH转速主控器对象为高压主汽门，中压调门ICV控制指令跟随高压主汽门MSV控制指令，但由于高压主汽门MSV已处在关闭位置，其阀位指令为 0，MSV控制指令无法变化，从而ICV控制指令也无变化，使DEH失去汽轮机转速控制。本文还针对转速异常升高的原因提出相应的注意事项和改进措施，以提高机组运行的安全性。 关键词：汽轮机；高中压缸联合启动；转速控制；异常 Abstract: The reason and disadvantage of rotating speed climbing up abnormally during starting-up were analyzed based on the introduction of the basic start principle, by thorough analysis, the reason that caused the unit rotating speed out of control is the fault of control logic of the intermediate pressure (IP) governor valve during the DHE control switching from ICV to MSV/ICV, the control logic does not match the flow character of IP governor valve, which results in that the steam flowing into the turbine is greater than the amount according to the rotating speed 600r/min, and then the rotating speed can not stabilize. At this time, The control method of DEH is MSV/ICV, and the main control object is the high-pressure main stop valve, the control command of IP governor valve ICV flows the command of high-pressure main stop valve MSV. But the high-pressure main stop valve has been closed, the main stop valve position is zero, then the control command MSV do not change, and the control command ICV do nochange, which makes the DEH rotating speed control failure. Some measures and attentions were presented according to the above fault reason in this paper, which can improve the unit operating safety.
