<p align="left"><br/>摘要：中电投平顶山鲁阳发电有限责任公司一期工程2台1000MW超超临界燃煤机组汽轮机高、中压汽缸采用国产铸件，目前尚无使用国产汽缸铸件的百万机组运行业绩。在本文中，对国产高、中压汽缸铸件材料化学成分、力学性能与进口铸件进行了简单的对比，分析了使用国产铸件的可行性。 <br/>关键词：超超临界；汽缸；国产铸件 <br/> Abstract: High pressure cylinder and medium pressure cylinder of the two 1000MW Ultra-supercritical coal-fired units's steam turbine in Luyang power plant,are planedto use domestic rough castings, in the meantime there is no use of domestic cylinder casting rough in 1000MW units precedent. In this article, there is a simple comparison of domestic and imported casting quality, the analysis of the feasibility of using China-made castings. <br/>Key words: Ultra-supercritical, Cylinders, China-made castings <br/>1引言 <br/>中电投鲁阳发电厂工程规划总容量为6台100万千瓦超超临界燃煤机组，分两期建设。其中一期工程建设 2台机组，这是河南省和中电投集团在华中地区第一个单机百万等级的电厂，代表着国内火电技术的最高水平。公司2010年将实现两台机组双投。 鲁阳发电厂汽轮机采用哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司（以下简称哈汽）生产的超超临界、单轴、一次中间再热、四缸四排汽、凝汽式汽轮机。设计额定主蒸汽压力：25MPa，温度：600℃。 </p>
