 摘要：本文介绍一款以AT89C51 单片计算机为核心，配以少量外围元件构成的，能够应用于污水处理常用设备—直滑式刮泥机中的运行逻辑控制电路。文中介绍了这种刮泥机的基本结构和运行工作过程，分析了工作中的需要采集的开关状态信号以及指令，经AT89C51处理后驱动相应继电器。文中画出了运行逻辑控制系统的电路原理图，并附有该工作模式下的基本运行控制程序。运行控制程序采用汇编语言编写，兼容 MCS-51 指令集。文中最后展望了单片计算机应用在污水处理设备中的优点，希望单片计算机在污水处理设备中能够更加广泛的应用。 关键词：直滑式刮泥机；控制电路；单片计算机；端口 Abstract: This paper introduces one type of conventional equipment which bases the AT89C51 single chip computer as the core, equips with a few peripheral components and can be applied for the treatment of polluted water- logic control circuit for the operation of straight skid type sludge scraper. In this paper, it introduces fundamental structure and operation process of this type ludge scraper, analyzes the on off state signal and instruction needed to be collected in the course of work, drives the corresponding relay after disposed by AT89C5l. This text draws the schematic circuit diagram of operating logic control system, and attaches basic operation control program under this working model. The operational control program is compiled by adopting assembly language as well as is compatible with MCS-51 instruction set. Finally, this paper previews the advantages of the application of single-chip computer in polluted water treatment equipment and expects the single-chip computer would be widely used in the polluted water treatment equipment.
