 摘要：在火力发电机组中，循环流化床锅炉较之前使用的煤粉炉来说，是更为高效、清洁、环保的先进火力发电技术，我国引进法国阿尔斯通公司技术制造的 300MW 循环流化床机组在流化燃烧设计方面具有一定的特殊性，在运行控制上存在许多难点。本文作者主要从 300MW 循环流化床锅炉的翻床、床料控制、温度控制、锅炉岛塌床压火消缺等问题上分析了各控制要点，并从循环流化床锅炉与煤粉炉运行控制的区别，对 300MW 循环流化床机组甩负荷、塌床熄火等典型事故进行了分析，以提高300MW机组的运行控制水平 关键词：CFB；影响因素；控制难点；事故处理 Abstract: As compared with the 300MW Pulverized Coal (PC) boiler in the fossil fuel power plant, the 300MW Circulating Fluid Bed (CFB) boiler is more efficient, cleaner, and more environmentally friendly, but the system of which is more complicated, and there are lots of difficulties in existence on the aspect of the operating control. This paper mainly analyses the control key points on the aspects of the TURNING- OVER OF THE BED- MATERIAL, BED- MATERIAL CONTROL, BED TEMPRETURE CONTROL, and BANKED FIRE OF THE BOILER ISLAND FOR DEFECTS REMOVAL. And the paper also analyses the typical accidents such as Load Rejection of 300MW Unit and Flame-out from the Bed Collapsed, according to the differences of the operating control between the Circulating Fluid Bed (CFB) boiler and the Pulverized Coal (PC) boiler.
