<p><br/>摘 要:清洁发展机制(CDM)作为《京都议定书》规定的三种市场减排机制之一,已经成为发展中国家建设减排项目的一项重要扶持手段。作为电力行间重要减排措施之一的大型热电联产机组,减排效果明显,但CDM开发难度很大。方法学AM0058“新建主热力管网的基准线和监测方法学” ,可以适用于热电联产机组,但应用条件非常严格。本文对方法学AM0058进行了简要阐述,分析了此方法学的适用条件和应用中的难点。 <br/>关键词:CDM 热电联产 方法学<br/>Abstract: Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is one of the three market mechanism defined by ‘Kyoto Protocol’ and is becoming an important supporting measure for the implementation of emission reduction projects in the developing countries. As one of the important emission-reduction measures in Power Industry, cogeneration power plants (CHP) face difficulties in CDM development. The approved methodology AM0058 ‘Introduction of a new primary district heating system’ is applicable for CHP, but it has very strict requirements. This paper makes a brief review and analyzes the applicability and difficulties in the application of the methodology AM0058. <br/>Key word: CDM, CHP, Methodology </p>
