国电泰州发电厂1000MW 机组稳压冲管中保证电泵安全运行方法探析

<p><br/>摘 要:国电泰州发电厂一期工程是 2×1000MW 超临界机组,在机组调试初期,为了提高锅炉冲管的效果,采用了稳压结合降压的方式,其中稳压时对给水流量要求比较高,需要达到40%的BMCR工况给水流量,而此时汽动给水泵不具备投运条件,就需要电动给水泵超流量运行。如何保证电泵在超流量运行时的安全,成为我们需要解决的一个主要问题。本文主要对电泵在锅炉稳压冲管过程中超流量运行的危险点进行了分析,并制定出相应的措施,给出了电泵在超流量情况下的控制方法,确保了锅炉稳压冲管时电泵的安全运行。 <br/>关键词:1000MW;超超临界;电泵;稳压冲管 <br/>Abstract: State power plant in Taizhou, a project is 2 × 1000MW supercritical generating units, in the early commissioning unit, in order to enhance the effectiveness of boiler-tube, using a combination of blood pressure regulation, including regulation of water flow when the request is relatively high, The need to achieve 40 per cent of the BMCR condition water flow, at a time when steam pump does not have running conditions, it is necessary to electric pumps ultra-flow operation.
