<p><br/>摘 要:超临界燃煤发电机组动态特性复杂,其控制技术是一项重要的研究课题。本文给出超临界机组协调、给水和温度受控对象的一种关联型数学模型,采用观测器预估燃煤的热值,进而设计一种集经典控制、现代控制、智能控制和特种测量技术为一体的综合型协调控制系统。采用方块图描述控制系统的核心内容,阐述了主要的技术特点,说明了系统稳定的充分条件。 工程应用效果表明, 660MW超临界机组在定压、 滑压两种方式下变化负荷, 其负荷速率可达12MW/min,证明了系统的稳定鲁棒性,使超临界机组负荷响应速率得到改进。 <br/>关键词:超临界压力;直流炉;机炉协调控制系统;增量式函数观测器;热值;焓值 <br/>ABSTRACT: Dynamic response of supercritical press coal fired generating unit is complex. Its control technology is an important research task. This paper presents an mathematical model which associated on coordinated control, feed water and main steam temperature. Adopting observer to estimate coal heat value, and design a synthetic coordinated control system (SCCS) made up of classical control, modern control, intelligence control and special measure technique. The kernel of SCCS is described with block diagram, its main characters are expounded, and the sufficient condition of its stabilization has shown. The project application indicates that the load rate of a 660MW unit is 12MW/min in constant and variable press mode.
