LETTER-SPACING: 0.45pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">电站高温高压锅炉出口主蒸汽参数为<span lang="EN-US">9.81 MPa、540℃,汽包额定压力11.28MP。因重锤式安全阀在运行中容易出现泄漏、重锤偏移、误动作、阀座粘死等故障;重锤式安全阀还必须热态现场定压,定压需由技术熟练的技术人员操作,往往不易准确掌握实际定压值。所以电站高压锅炉不采用重锤式安全阀。目前电站高压锅炉常用的是弹簧安全阀和</span></span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; LETTER-SPACING: 0.5pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">脉冲安全阀</span><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; LETTER-SPACING: 0.45pt; mso-font-kerning: 0pt;">。弹簧安全阀具有结构紧凑、体积小、较严密、灵敏度高以及定压是冷态在试验台上进行,热态只需校核的优点;克服了重锤式安全阀的大部分缺点;但是,国产弹簧安全阀在运行中较易出现泄漏、卡涩、阀座粘死等故障。冲量安全装置为主、辅阀配套使用,具有排放能力大,调整方便<span lang="EN-US">(脉冲安全阀冷态在试验台上定压,主阀不需定压),机械与电器双保护、双保险,主阀不易泄漏,脉冲阀如果泄漏可以不停炉解列修理,安装维护工作量小等优点。为此,国产冲量安全装置在我国电站高温高压锅炉上得到广泛应用。<p></p></span></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: 18pt; mso-line-height-rule: exactly; tab-stops: list 54.0pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.08; mso-char-indent-size: 11.25pt;"><span style="FONT-SIZE: 10.5pt; mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体;"><font face="宋体">脉冲安全阀引出管与主安全阀的入口管之间应保持一段较长的距离,管路中部应设节流阀,用以调节主阀回座延时量,脉冲安全阀安装前,应将管路冲洗干净。主安全阀与脉冲安全阀都必须垂直安装。主安全阀应紧固在构架上,该构架应能承受主安全阀排汽产生的反冲力。主安全阀的排汽管应有专门的吊架,避免排汽管的重量与其他作用力作用在主安全阀及主安全阀与排汽管之间的连接法兰上,在排汽管的最低点,应安装疏水管,以免主安全阀排汽时产生水击。脉冲安全阀与电磁铁一起装在一个专门的支架上,阀门上杠杆与电磁铁连接要灵活,不得有卡涩现象,电磁铁在静态时铁心应调在一个合适的位置<span lang="EN-US">(这一点很重要)。脉冲安全阀应装在炉顶平台便于维修和调试、灰尘少、空气流通、无振动的地方。电接点压力表接管坐要远离主安全阀(接管与主安全阀之间的距离不小于10-15倍主安全阀入口直径),以免主安全阀动作时,因排汽影响电接点压力表的准确性。为了保证脉冲安全阀动作自如,脉冲安全阀的回座杠杆头部的圆弧部分与脉冲安全阀阀杆端部的距离应调到:脉冲安全阀实际行程+1 mm(用护罩顶部紧固螺钉调这整)。电磁铁外壳下部有半圆型帽盖带槽螺钉,此螺钉槽应调到螺孔外1.5—2mm。以便使电磁铁在动作时空气可以自由地通过槽进入到电磁铁内,如果螺钉槽全部埋在螺孔内,在铁心被引入时易产生气垫,如果螺钉槽露出太多,则容易引起激烈的冲击,脉冲安全阀的密封面易受损坏。<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;
