mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><span style="FONT-FAMILY: 黑体;">陈塘热电<span lang="EN-US">1#</span>机系属哈汽厂<span lang="EN-US">CC50-90/13/1.2 50MW</span>双轴机组,从<span lang="EN-US">92</span>年投产以来运行一直很稳定,至<span lang="EN-US">98</span>年<span lang="EN-US">99</span>年以来,中压油动机就产生振动,连带中压凸轮及操纵座一起上下振动,声音很大,<span lang="EN-US">4.5</span>米平台的中压油动机压力油管、脉动油管振动情况不断加剧、特别在中压油动机压力油管弯头处水平方向有<span lang="EN-US">5</span>~<span lang="EN-US">8mm</span>左右振动幅度,最大可达<span lang="EN-US">10mm</span>左右。因此在法兰处因振动而松动冲坏法兰垫造成漏油。同时中压油动机活塞下压力表指针摆动过大(从<span lang="EN-US">0.5</span>~<span lang="EN-US">1.5MPa</span>范围波动)。多次把压力表打坏,严重威胁机组安全运行。为此电厂领导很重视,一方面积极请人解决;一方面制定<span lang="EN-US">1#</span>机中压油动机振动运行防事故措施;<span lang="EN-US"><p></p></span></span></p><p></p><p></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体">通过解体调节部套发现如下问题:</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">1.</span>调节部套滑伐套筒均有不同程度的水锈、拉毛、磨损;错油门滑伐、防火滑伐等有严重的水锈蚀印,特别是超速限制滑伐水锈蚀更为严重,用手提不起来,只好用铜棒打击滑伐后才能取出来。</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">2.</span>中压油动机活塞杆与活塞拉毛磨损严重,在活塞最下边<span lang="EN-US">90</span>°角内磨损严重,与此相应的内缸壁也磨损严重,二个活塞环也拉毛磨损严重,从活塞上端起<chmetcnv wst="on" unitname="mm" sourcevalue="230" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0"></chmetcnv><span lang="EN-US">230mm</span><chmetcnv></chmetcnv>以上几乎直径方向大面积拉毛、冲击印磨损严重,尺寸为<span style="mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体;">Ф</span><span lang="EN-US">99.99</span>、<span style="mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体;">Ф</span><span lang="EN-US">99.71</span>、<span style="mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体;">Ф</span><span lang="EN-US">99.64</span>。没有磨损的部分为<span style="mso-hansi-font-family: 宋体;">Ф</span><span lang="EN-US">99.99</span>,与活塞杆相配的上套筒,内壁磨损也严重。</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">3.</span>调速器滑伐<span lang="EN-US">N02</span>滑伐与同步器挂钩处间隙过大达<chmetcnv wst="on" unitname="mm" sourcevalue="1.15" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0"></chmetcnv><span lang="EN-US">1.15mm</span><chmetcnv></chmetcnv></font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">6.2</span>更换改进的中压油动机错门旋转滑伐及套筒</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">6.3</span>更换了中压油动机改进的反馈滑伐及套筒</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体">在试验中,先后从新调正了高、中、低压油动机反馈调整斜快、反馈滑伐的调正垫片的厚度,找出其与相匹配的最佳位置,使其达到如下情况:</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">1. </span>纯冷凝工况,高压油动机最大开到<chmetcnv wst="on" unitname="mm" sourcevalue="181" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0"></chmetcnv><span lang="EN-US">181mm</span><chmetcnv></chmetcnv></font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">2. </span>投调压器时,中压油动机行程最大可下关至<span lang="EN-US">40</span>~<chmetcnv wst="on" unitname="mm" sourcevalue="42" hasspace="False" negative="False" numbertype="1" tcsc="0"></chmetcnv><span lang="EN-US">42mm</span><chmetcnv></chmetcnv>左右,达到厂家要求还有余。</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">3. </span>同步器与综合滑阀(<span lang="EN-US">1</span>#、<span lang="EN-US">2</span>#、<span lang="EN-US">3</span>#综合滑阀)与油动机行程关系曲线(高、中、低压油动机);调压器行程与油动机(高、中、底压油动机行程关系曲线良好,灵敏度达到了厂家要求)。</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; TEXT-INDENT: 21pt; mso-char-indent-count: 2.0;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US">4. </span>投调压器时,中压油动机在任何行程位置都不振动,很稳定,彻底消除了中压油动机振动问题(由于消除了放气孔堵塞;中压油动机油缸下部侧法兰垫漏油不仅影响油压也容易进空气,因油压变化不稳和“空气”作怪<span lang="EN-US">;</span>并且增加了两个消除产生调压器钢带振动的阻尼器;弯管处管径加大使其流速减小和管阻降低等措施而得到彻底消除振动问题)。</font></p><p class="MsoPlainText" style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><font face="宋体"><span lang="EN-US"><span style="mso-tab-count: 1;">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></span>Ⅳ、机组运行稳定,自整性能大大改善和提高。机组冲转过程中一直很稳定,并网带负荷很顺利,投调压器时中压油动机一点也不振动,机组带电热负荷运行不仅稳定,而且高、中、低压油动机调整热负荷的能力范围也大大提高了。同时电热负荷的自整性也大大改善和提高了。经过三年的运行考验机组运行正常。</font></p>[/Post]
