三、高级值班员简答题<br/>1&nbsp;锅炉受热面有几种腐蚀?如何防止受热面的高低温腐蚀?<br/>答:(1)有三种:承压部件内部的垢下腐蚀、管子外部的高温及低温腐蚀三种。(2)高温腐蚀的防止:a提高金属的抗腐蚀能力。b组织好燃烧,在炉内创造良好的燃烧条件,保证燃料迅速着火,及时燃尽,特别是防止一次风冲刷壁面;使未燃尽的煤粉尽可能不在结渣面上停留;合理配风,防止壁面附近出现还原气体等。(3)防止低温腐蚀的方法:a提高预热器入口空气温度;b采用燃烧时的高温低氧方式;c采用耐腐蚀的玻璃、陶瓷等材料制成得空气预热器;d把空气预热器的冷端的第一个流程与其他流程分开。<br/>2&nbsp;简述发电厂5种重大事故。<br/>答:(1)三人及以上的死亡,或重伤及死亡合计达到10人及以上者。(2)省会所在城市全部停点,或全网对外减少负荷超过以下数值:<br/>全网负荷(万KW)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 事故减少负荷为全网负荷的百分比<br/>300及以上&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 10%<br/>100及以上&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 20%<br/>100及以下&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 30%<br/>(3)发供电设备或厂房严重损坏,修复费用超过40万元以上者。<br/>(4)火灾损失在30万元以上者。<br/>(5)对用户造成严重政治、经济损失或造成用户职工多人伤亡的停电事故。经部认定为特大事故者。<br/>3&nbsp;简述运行中使用改变风量调节蒸汽温度的缺点。<br/>答:(1)使烟气量增大,排烟损失增加,锅炉效率下降。<br/>(2)增加吸、送风机的电耗,使电厂经济性下降。<br/>(3)烟气量增大,烟气流速升高,使锅炉受热面的飞灰磨损加剧。<br/>(4)过量空气系数大时,会使烟气露点升高,增大空气预热器低温腐蚀的可能。<br/>4&nbsp;什么是蠕变?它对钢的性能有什么影响?<br/>答:(1)金属在高温和应力作用下逐渐产生塑性变形的现象叫蠕变。<br/>(2)对钢的性能影响:钢的蠕变可以看成为缓慢的屈服。由于蠕变产生塑性变形,使应力发生变化,甚至整个钢件中的应力重新分布。钢件的塑性不断增加,弹性变形随时间不断减少。蠕变使得钢的强度、弹性、塑性、硬度、冲击韧性下降。<br/>5&nbsp;简述在炉内引起煤粉爆燃的条件。<br/>答:(1)锅炉灭火,为及时切断供粉,炉内积粉较多,第二次再点火时可能引起爆燃。<br/>(2)锅炉运行中个别燃烧器灭火。<br/>(3)输粉管道积粉、爆燃。<br/>(4)由于磨煤机停用或磨煤机停用时,吹扫不干净,煤粉堆积,再次启动磨煤机时,燃烧器射流不稳定,发生爆燃。<br/>6&nbsp;简述确定煤粉细度的主要因素。<br/>答:(1)煤的燃烧性能。挥发分高,灰分少时,则煤粉可以粗一些。<br/>(2)燃烧方式。与炉膛负荷和炉膛的大小有关,炉膛热容积负荷低,火焰行程长,则煤粉可以粗一些。<br/>(3)煤粉的均匀性。<br/>7&nbsp;引起蒸汽压力变化的基本原因是什么?<br/>答:(1)外部扰动:外部负荷变化引起的变化称外部扰动,简称外扰。当外界负荷增大时,机组用汽量增多,而锅炉尚未来得及调整到适应新的工况时,锅炉蒸发量小于外界对蒸汽的需要,物料平衡关系被打破,蒸汽压力下降。<br/>(2)内部扰动:由于锅炉本身工况变化引起蒸汽压力变化称内部扰动,简称内扰。由于锅炉燃烧工况变动(如燃烧不稳或燃料量、风量改变)以及锅内工况变动,时蒸发区产汽量发生变化,锅炉蒸发量与蒸汽需要量之间的物料平衡破坏,使蒸汽压力发生变化。<br/>8&nbsp;锅炉发生严重缺水时,为什么不允许盲目补水?<br/>答:锅炉发生严重缺水时必须紧急停炉,而不允许往锅炉内补水。其主要原因,当锅炉发生严重缺水时,汽包水位究竟低到什么程度是不知道的,有可能汽包以完全无水,或水冷壁已有部分烧干过热。在这种情况下,若强行给锅炉内补水,会因温差过大而产生过大的热应力使设备损坏。同时,水遇到灼热的金属表面,瞬间会产生大量蒸汽,是汽压升高,甚至造成爆管或更严重的爆炸事故。因此发生严重缺水时应按规程处理,决不能盲目补水。<br/>9&nbsp;什么叫重热现象?<br/>答:汽轮机在做功过程中的各项损失都转变成内能,为蒸汽所吸收,使级的出口焓值沿熵增的方向增加。由于等压线沿熵增加的方向是渐扩的,使得以后的理想焓降增大,这就是说,在多级汽轮机中,前面级的损失在以后的级中能部分地得到利用,这种现象称汽轮机重热现象。<br/>10&nbsp;汽轮机调速系统的作用是什么?<br/>答:汽轮机调节系统的任务是使汽轮机输出功率与外界负荷保持平衡。及当外界负荷改变、电网频率改变时,汽轮机的调节系统相应地改变汽轮机的功率,使之与外界负荷相适应,建立新的平衡,并保持转速偏差不超过规定。另外在外界负荷与汽轮机相适应时,保持汽轮机稳定运行。当外界故障造成汽轮发电机甩负荷时,调节系统关小汽轮机调速汽门,控制汽轮机转速升高值低于“危机保安器动作值”,保持汽轮机空负荷运行。<br/>
