利港电厂输煤系统煤尘综合治理工作

color: black; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;">/</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: 宋体;">时锤击式碎煤机),但严重污染的状况也不例外;设备投入运行后,由于碎煤机的鼓风量、落煤管煤流的诱导风量以及正压区的严密性差等原因导致导煤槽出口处及四周大量的煤粉外溢,加之设备运行时产生振动,使大量积粉造成二次飞扬,碎煤机楼内的粉尘浓度达到</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;;">1000mg/m3</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; color: black; font-family: 宋体;">以上,超过国家标准的一百倍,这种环境对职工的身体健康及设备安全运行造成极大的危害,面对这种恶劣环境,领导及职工都有一个共识,要改变这种局面,唯一出路在于设备改造,治标须先治本,多次召开专题分析会分析研究,找到了粉尘污染的原因,对症下药,制订了综合治理方案。</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size: 10pt; 运行中发生卡堵后,清理堵粘煤时运行人员都要从导煤槽出口爬进去,再爬到滚轴筛上趴着清理。为了保证发电供煤及人身安全,无奈只得将滚轴筛拆除。为了充分
发挥现有设备作用,改善工作环境,我们将滚轴筛从碎煤机出口移至入口布置,同时还改变了原驱动装置的布置形式,由一侧布置改为二侧布置,增大了电机与相邻

辊轴,投入运行后,堵卡发生率与前相比有所下降,但仍得不到彻底解决。我们又多次观察分析大块卡的原因,水平布置的滚轴在筛分过程中,大块极易卡人两轴之

煤机后没有被破碎的一些煤矸石仍进入了给煤机和磨煤机,威胁设备及机组的安全运行。为了确保二期设备的正常运行,对采用什么设备及安装位置,先后共提出了

煤机及滚轴筛等设备本体各出轴端由于密封不严,运行中总有部分煤粉漏出,造成粉尘污染。在设备检修过程中,我们用橡胶板对各漏泄点进行密封,消除漏粉。同
时定期对各落煤管内的耐磨板进行检查及更换,消除落煤管的漏泄。堆取料机中心落煤管漏煤严重,经过多次改进,现已基本消除。同时还对堆取料机及卸船机的液
