直接空冷机组空冷岛优化运行研究及在SIS系统中的应用

Abstract:Through the research on performance of condenser and air cooling fans, taking 600MW directly air-cooled units as an example, a mathematical system model of directly air cooled units under variant working conditions has been established in this paper. The problems of fan operations of directly air-cooled units are analyzed to optimize fan operations, operation optimization model for air cooling fans is established. The determining means of the cooling air flow rate and optimum pressures are suggested and Applied to SIS.

摘 要:本文通过对直接空冷机组空冷凝汽器和冷却风机性能的研究,建立了空冷岛系统运行性能的计算模型,得出在不同环境温度、冷却风速和机组负荷下,凝汽器性能的热力特性曲线。根据空冷风机的运行方式,提出空冷机组空冷岛运行优化模型。针对600MW直接空冷机组空冷岛进行了性能和优化计算,给出了空冷岛系统冷却风机的优化运行方式和最佳背压,并在600MW直接空冷机组SIS系统中得到了应用。
