ABSTRACT: Surface detection and ultrasonic detection can be used to inspect the flaw on the welding seam of main steam pipe for P92 steel. The flaw types of air hole, slag inclusion, incomplete fusion, and so on, can be detected effectively, and then removed consequently by defect repair. The quality of welding repair can be guaranteed by constitution of scientific welding procedure and control of heat treatment process after welding. As a result, flaw hidden danger on the welding seam of main steam pipe can be removed, which guarantees the safe operation of the units.

摘 要:采用表面探伤和超声波探伤方法对P92钢主蒸汽管道焊缝进行缺陷检测,能够有效的检验出气孔、夹渣、未熔合等类型缺陷,经挖补缺陷消除,通过科学的焊接工艺制定及严格的焊后热处理工艺控制,保证了焊接修复质量,消除了主蒸汽管道焊缝缺陷存在的隐患,为机组的安全运行提供了保证。

1 前言
某电厂600MW超超临界燃煤发电机组,锅炉最大连续蒸发量为1795t/h,过热蒸汽出口压力和温度分别为26.15MPa和605℃,再热蒸汽出口压力和温度分别为4.59MPa和603℃,锅炉给水温度为293℃。主蒸汽管道材质为ASME SA335 P92。
2 焊缝缺陷检测
(1)进行壁厚检验,管段壁厚100mm,符合设计要求。
