脱硫工艺中石灰石湿式FGD添加剂的比较分析

ABSTRACT:Current power plants using wet limestone FGD desulphurization efficiency of 95% usually,such a device in our FGD coal-fired power stations account for more than 90%,SO2 emission standards for new improvement will make some high-sulfur coal burning power plant SO2 emissions in the not up to standard.If a new desulfurization technology,we need new technology to verify the reliability and practicality,require a longer time and larger funds,which will greatly increase the plant's initial investment,to have adopted the power plant desulfurization FGD Is unrealistic.Therefore,we think of the wet FGD process,by adding appropriate additives,not only can improve the desulfurization efficiency and utilization of sorbent,and can slow down the volatility of slurry pH,and improve the flexibility of the system.So as to achieve not only improves the efficiency of desulfurization plant to reach the national emission standards, protection of a bad environment,but also reduces the running costs of power plant desulfurization equipment,can be described as dual.Question of the stars is through the research literature on the wet limestone flue gas desulfurization technology at home and abroad in the additive situation analysis and research progress of this technology were reviewed for the next draw on experimental and theoretical research.

摘要:目前电厂采用的石灰石湿式FGD的脱硫效率通常可以达到95%,这种装置在我国燃煤电站的FGD中占90%以上。新的SO2排放标准的提高,将使一些燃用中高硫煤的电站SO2排放达不到标准。如果采用新的脱硫技术,我们需要对新技术的可靠性与实用性进行验证,需要较长的时间和较大的经费,这将大大增加电厂的初期投资,对已经采用FGD脱硫的电厂更是不切实际。因此我们想到在湿法脱硫工艺中,通过加入适宜的添加剂,不仅可提高脱硫效率与脱硫剂的利用率,而且可以减缓浆液pH值的波动,提高系统的灵活性。该技术既提高了电厂脱硫效率,使其达到国家排放标准,保护了坏境,又降低了电厂脱硫装置的运行费用。本课题就是通过文献资料的调研,对国内外石灰石湿法烟气脱硫技术中添加剂的研究状况进行分析和对该技术的国内外研究进展进行综述,为下一步的实验与理论研究提供借鉴。
