ABSTRACT: As an important part of environmental protection in power station, electrostatic precipitator is high energy-consuming equipment. In today's sustainable development environment, its working condition has an important impact on the unit’s stable and economic operation. In order to achieve higher collection efficiency and lower power consumption, the power plants all take various measures and new technologies, so that the equipment reduces dust emissions and energy consumption. High-frequency power is a power device of the new generation of the electrostatic precipitator. Compared to the currently used frequency power, it can improve the efficiency of electrostatic precipitator. More importantly, it is able to significantly reduce the power consumption.

摘要:电除尘器作为电厂环保的重要环节之一,是火力发电厂重要的环保设备,属于高耗能的设备。在当今可持续发展的大环境下,其工作状况的好坏,对机组的稳定运行和经济性有着重要影响。为了达到更高的除尘效率和更低的电耗,各发电厂皆采取各种措施和新技术,就是为了减少烟尘排放,减少能耗。大功率高频电源是新一代电除尘器供电装置,与目前使用的工频电源相比,可以提高电除尘器的除尘效率,更重要的是能够大幅减少电除尘电耗。

1引言
我公司#1、#2机于2010年底先后投运,2台电除尘能耗偏高,效率未能达到设计要求。为提高除尘效率、减少污染物排放,更是为了降低电除尘能耗,针对电除尘器主要电能消耗是高压电源的特点,利用春节调停机会,对#2电除尘进行了高频电源改造。经过一段时间的运行,通过对电除尘运行中的主要数据进行统计,对未改造的#1机电除尘和改造后的#2机电除尘的能耗、厂用电率等指标进行节能效果比较。
