Abstract:In the large codndensing power plant the water-ring vacuum pump usually used as condenser air exhaust equipment.A method for raising vacuum pump output was introduced,which reduces the temperature of vacuum pump mechanical seal water by using a auxiliary water or refrigeration equipment.The conclusion drawn by analysis and comparision is that this method can raise condenser vacuity obviously at summer and the economical efficiency of the generation unit can be raised.

摘要:大型火力发电厂多采用水环式真空泵作为凝汽器抽汽设备,本文介绍了一种采用生水(水库来水)作为冷却水源或装设制冷机降低真空泵工作液温度,提高真空泵出力的方法,通过对比分析,得出了该种方法可以在夏季明显提高凝汽器真空和机组经济性的结论。

大型发电机组的真空系统,目前大多采用偏心水环式真空泵,优点是其抽单位干空气量的能耗较低。但在实际运行中,常会发生抽气能力下降而导致排汽压力偏高的现象。通常都归咎于冷凝器本身的问题,如夏季水温偏高、铜管结垢、填料堵塞、循环水流量偏小等,而不会怀疑真空泵有什么问题。然而,实际运行中水环式真空泵自身特性决定了其工作液温度对真空系统出力具有显著影响。
