Abstract：Power-supplying Coal Consumption of Cogeneration Enterprise had a substantial increase in economy  with significantly energy-saving result by heat supply. However, comparing to the condensing turbo-generator set, the change of heat supply caused a huge fluctuation of the standard coal consumption rate of power supply. Then, the calculation of the standard coal consumption rate of power supply and heat supply became more complicated.  This paper presented the research of steam turbine enthalpy values and the calculation of coefficient of exhaust under the same thermal efficiency for boiler and generator set by the analysis the change of heat supply and gave out the following finding: The change of heat supply is the main parameter affecting the standard coal consumption rate of power supply. The heat supply had a significant contribution to the standard coal consumption rate of power supply. This result is very important to the analysis of power consumption for boiler and generator set, which could avoid the none objective determination of the standard coal con sumption rate of power supply and heat supply.

摘要：热电联产企业，由于供热的存在，使全厂的经济性有了大幅提高，节能效果明显。但对供电、供热单耗的计算增加了复杂性，相比纯凝机组，因外供热量的变化，供电单耗的波动幅度巨大。本文针对此现象，在锅炉和机组热效率相同的情况下，通过对供热量的变化分析，研究机组凝汽焓，以及对冷源损失进行测算，得出结论：影响供电单耗的主因是供热量的变化。供热量对供电单耗的贡献十分突出。这对锅炉及机组的能耗综合分析有其重要作用，可以避免据此对供电和供热单耗推出不符合客观的判断。

引  言
目前，因为热电联产的经济性逐步被人们所认知，国家越来越重视热电联产行业的发展，对热电项目的审批政策也有所侧重。在西欧一些国家发展热电联产企业比较早，在我国随着城市的发展和围绕城市工业企业的迅速崛起，供热量的需求在以迅猛之势发展，所以热电联产企业作为一个新群体正在以新的速度发展壮大。在贯彻国家“以大代小，以新替旧”政策中，城市周边以供热为主导的大型机组替代城市中心的旧、小机组，使热电联产企业出现新气象新面貌，城市形象因之改变。
热电联产企业的供电标准煤耗率低于纯凝大容量机组，全厂整体热效率高于55%，现有效率最高的超临界纯凝机组供电标准煤耗都在300g/kwh 以上，热电联产企业供电标准煤耗最小在200g/kwh左右。突出的优势也是国家提倡发展的重要因素。
在电力行业，人们对热电联产企业的供电标准煤耗率偏低的幅度并不是很了解，引起供电标准煤耗低于纯凝大机组的原因，探究的人可能更少。在人们的印象中：供电电标准煤耗低是由于锅炉、机组效率高，其实不然。在供热企业究竟供电标准煤耗率低是什么因素影响和决定的？由于热电联产企业在电力行业所占份额较小，人们的关注度以及现有的文献和教材较少。
本文将对此课题进行探讨。
笔者通过大量的测算和认真分析，认为供热量对供电标准煤耗率贡献最大，也可以说供热量的多少，决定了供电标准煤耗率的高低的程度。
